Logo Car Mats

I have previously purchased car mats from Logo Car Mats and was very happy with the quality and fit. I purchased a second set when changing vehicle and was again very happy with the mats, decent quality at a decent price.

I made an error initially with my order, one email to the team and it was rectified no problem at all! My mats were dispatched and with me in a day!
Great service and the mats are great quality!

Product arrived 7 days after placing order (even during this COVID period). Communication came when the order had been processed and completed and when it was in transit and out for delivery

Good quality would have scored a five star but no logo on rear Matt's turnaround time from ordering to delivery was spot on I would recommend them

The delivery time was very good and the mats all came just as ordered - I also ordered the boot mat as an extra as these were a birthday gift for my Son for his first car - he's very happy, they look fantastic !! Thank you

I’m very pleased with the quality of the mats and the finish of the logo, however this has been tinged with the poor efforts of the cr4p courier company they use. They finally managed to deliver my goods a week later than initially booked and only after I had chased them up several times.

Had they delivered when they should have done, I would have given 5-stars!

Ordered the mats at short notice for son's 17th birthday for his first car, 'Mini' mats. The person I was in communication with (Ian) couldn't have been more helpful. The mats were fast-tracked and arrived on the Friday before the birthday on the Sunday. He was chuffed with them too, Would definitely recommend Logo Car Mats for the quality of goods and service.

The mats arrived 2 days early. The quality was absolutely AMAZING, really blown me away that you can get mats of this quality at this low price point. I had OEM mats in before these that cost 2 or 3 times more, and they are nowhere near the quality that Logo Car Mats provide at a much lower price. Could not recommend them highly enough - thanks so much guys.

The mats to be fair are good,the problem is they use Hermes as a courier and this company is terrible,they popped a note though my letter box twice with nothing written on it, so I tried to contact them what a waste of time,so they decided to post them round the corner not nxt door,so it took me over a week to get them,if it was Royal Mail I could of just called at the sorting office to pick them up,I also tried to ring logo car mats no number on their web page so left a message,I got few messages back very sarcastic and rude, so personally I will not be using this company again

I recently purchased a set of Mats for my E-Class.
When they arrived, they were well packaged, and looked ok. I could tell that they weren’t authentic – but that’s ok and the website says that if you look for it. For me, I wanted to understand how the mats felt, as a driver, because you can’t tell a lot about a product by just looking at it. You wouldn’t just look at a pair of shoes and buy them would you? Or if you did, and they didn’t fit or were slippery, you’d expect to be able to return them?
I tried fitting the mats down – one of them was poorly spaced out, in terms of the clip – and the clips themselves are flimsy and pop out.
I wanted to trial the mats out, in terms of usage, as I felt that they actually had a cheap material feel (I bought a set years ago that felt just like these for £20). What that meant in practical terms was that my feet were slipping as I was trying to reach the pedals. I tried trainers, and work shoes – but felt that, although the mats looked ok, they actually posed a safety risk for me.
As it had only been 4 days between the mats arriving (09/11/19) and my email to advise that I would like a refund (13/11/19), I sent a courteous email thanking LogoCarMats for sending these, but that they were not as described, and were unsafe from my viewpoint. I got an immediate email back saying because I had used them that they would not be refunding me.
That is bizarre. So they expect that people will see the item and can assess the practical usage and suitability without even putting them down. The mats are still obviously in immaculate condition – I barely used them ! However, Logo were not interested in this fact, they have my money and are now intent on keeping it.

I am not going to give up, on principle now, as I want my money back.
I have raised a claim with an independent retail adjudicator and will be pursuing the claim also via small claims court and trading standards, as well as with my credit card company.
I would not expect any respectable or decent retailer to behave like this and will make sure that I pursue this claim to the fullest, just out of principle and out of sheer belief that they have contravened the Consumer Rights Act. The mats remain in my home, packaged up, as new, and ready to be sent back (at my cost). If Logo are now willing to re-assess their position, by being reasonable and seeing the bigger picture, I would be happy to send back asap.
I eagerly await their response. At this stage, I feel cheated having to give them even one star as that it being too kind.

second set I've bought ,there made of good quality and havey duty material would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to upgrade there old car mats ,also I bought the boot mat as well and for twenty pound you couldn't go wrong ,fast delivery no messing 5 star service

I bought a full set of car mats for my Audi A6 Avant 2017 with the audi logo on them and I was very happy with the final result. The mats look high quality and are a direct fit for my car. Definitely recommend and I will buy from them again.
