I ordered a garmin forerunner 735xt as a present for my brother on Friday 24 April 2020. I paid extra for it to arrive securely and quickly by Fedex within 48 hours. However, it has been 4 days since the order and it hasn't arrived and I haven't received any notifications or updates about delivery. The fedex tracking number doesn't work.
I emailed the company over 24 hours ago and haven't heard anything back yet. I am very disappointed. I paid extra for delivery so that it would arrive quickly and securely and so I could track the order. I appreciate the Covid situation means delivery may be a bit slower than usual, but I am disappointed I haven't even received any updates about delivery and no one has responded to my email.
I don't often write reviews, but this has been a particularly poor service.

I ordered high-end Sidi mtb shoes at a deep discount late on a Monday night. By the next day, the order was shipped and I had a FedEx tracking number for arrival Thursday morning. By 9 a.m. Thursday, the shoes arrived, and they were as described. The 2.5-day delivery to the United States is impressive given that they were shipped from Brescia, Italy (despite the co.uk in their website domain name, Lordgun are based in Brescia). I was apprehensive, having read their returns policy. Buyers pay to ship returns, even if Lordgun screwed up the order; and overseas shipping is pricey. I've owned several pair of Sidis and know my size, though, and there were no errors with my order. Hopefully, you'll have the same experience, but beware the returns policy.

Ordered some mtb boots on a Monday for delivery to Ireland. Boots arrived on the Saturday which I was pleasantly surprised with given they came from Italy.

They were also 20% cheaper than any other site I could find them on.

I was a bit apprehensive about Lordgun but had a very good experience with my first purchase and would highly recommend given their competitive pricing vs the usual cycling sites I’d order from in UK or Germany.

Ordered some Castelli stuff 2 times on this website.Both times been delivered on the fourth day.From Italy to Bedford(UK) in 4 days without any problems.Oh, and the prices are absolutely correct.Thanks for the great job.....and for the Lordgun stickers. :)

I ordered a pair of Roval wheels for a very nice price, delivery to Sweden took two weeks, just as promised (between 7-20 days). I'm very pleased and I can strongly recommend Lordgun. I will definitely do business with them again, thank you Lordgun!

Excellent pricing ordered on Saturday evening and paid extra for fed ex 3/4 day delivery as order was to be dispatched on Monday.
Received email on the Monday to say order was despatched with tracking number it arrived on Thursday morning as promised.

With good pricing and despatch will use lordgun again.

Lordgun lol ABSOLUTELY shocking xervice, yes cheap prices and have plenty to choose from but honestly spend the couple of £ extra and buy elsewhere
1..... bought new dura ace rotors for my bike yes cheapest
2.....tracking number was an nightmare to find, contacted lorgun via emails and got some sort of nonsense back in Italian which I couldn't make head or tail of and finally got a reply back in English with tracking number at last
3.....order placed on the 23rd September, they sent message saying tracking via Royal mail or Sda as stated tracking number not recognized, lol fantastic
4.... once I found my item via tracking it had been picked up by delivery agent at 6.10 on the 25th September,prepared for dispatch at 6.11 again 25th then seemingly dispatched to the UK at 7.19 again on the 25th from there I have no more updates via tracking , unfortunately I find this a poor service and surely there must be some sort of update?
I will think very seriously about placing any more orders on this site in future sorry

SO I paid for tires on August 26 2019....I still have NO tires and NO refund (AS OF OCTOBER 02 2019)...DO NOT TRUST THESE LIARS...They will keep your money and give you the run around...and on top of all that, BLAME YOU for their mistakes...EXCELLENT BUSINESS MODEL ? Probably NOT

I was a bit skeptical at first, given some of the bad reviews, but they were the few online retailers that could ship the shoes I wanted to Singapore.

Went ahead and ordered a pair of Specialized 2F0 2.0 shoes from Lordgun on Friday morning and it arrived 3 days later on Monday!!

The prices were way cheaper then other online retailers. Shipping was fast and not expensive. Detailed information was given from the point of sale to the shipping process. Would definitely return to purchase more from them!

I've made multiple orders on Lordgun in the last 3 years. Very good experience overall and very competitive prices and discounts. My last order happened during the COIVD-19 and the lockdown in Italy (the company is registered on co.uk domain but based in Italy). The order was shipped but got stuck in Italy for a month. Lordgun issued a full refund and customer support was responsive. I wish they focused more on quality (providing good info) rather than generic answers but overall this is a trustworthy company and the management really seem to care!
