They currently have a scam running where they offer an expensive toothbrush for £1 and then charge you for their VIP membership 2 weeks later £45.. When you try to get reimbursed they fob you off as they know you have no real recourse

Have no idea what people are ranting about in the comment section below; I've been playing with these guys for over 3 years, and I've won both cash prizes and coins for their shop, simply by playing simple lottery games and skill based games such as bubble shooters. Comment section: If you don't read the T&C you don't know what you sign up for, and so the issue is your own, not Lotto24. Get a hold of your life and take responsibility instead of complaining about everything..

i joined lotto24 with a plus membership and was told i would recieve a welcome gift tesco voucher worth £20 but i recieved my welcome gift today and it is only £10 first of all why say one thing then do another? its false advertisement and if it does not get sorted and they dont ansew me back i will be telling many others not to bother joining to

it took a while for my details to get accepted but i did apply over easter - i have already won a couple prizes and one of them has already been sent off!

I have already sent the information to you earlier today but I have not heard back from you since.
So here is the complaint again. I was sent a message which was apparently from a major supermarket asking me to take part in an offer to win a voucher to shop in their supermarket. To receive the voucher I had to also complete a series of applications for various products which included Lotto24.co.uk to reach the goal of receiving the supermarket voucher. I completed the, what was apparently a competition, to win a few games with the lotto24, which I was led to believe would cost me nothing. But instead I received a mail from lotto24 saying that they have taken £18.95 from my account without telling me or asking me about it. This is a very good example of deception in which you are telling me that I can win lottery chances for nothing but the fact is that I have signed up for membership of Lotto24.co.uk without my approval by hiding the application for membership behind the jargon in the attempt to get free chances to win the lottery. I have kept a copy of all my contacts with you and also the communication between me and lotto24 and will keep them in the event of needing them in the future.

I am complaining again.I sent you many emails with my request to return $47 and $3 which lotto took from my account. I am representing my 12 years old boy who used my card to pay $3 to get iPhone . My account was charged $3 and I didn’t review nothing. Instead I received a mail from looto24 telling me that they have taken $47 from my account without telling me or asking me about it. I am agree that this is a very good example of deception in which you are telling me that I can get IPhone for $3 but in fact is that I have signed up for membership of lotto24 without my approval by hiding the application for membership/ I already checked how it works/.I cancelled your service right away the next day without using it and I can’t recive my money back?nI have kept a copy of all my contacts with you and also communication been me and Lotto24.
I am starting to to write complaining reviews about Lotto24 and share it with Facebook.
I would like avoid my friends and other people from that kind of offerts from Lotto24.
If this service is trusty I should get my money back.

Over the last few months internet browsing has been interrupted by pop ups and offers and survey questions from your company so o signed up answered all the survey questions I gave all details requested
Like name address date of birth and my debit card details Wich youse debited my account and still no free gift
Low and behold the same happens again today again done all the previous stated and youse have me in qauretine
I think at this stage I should have well recieve the gift offered
