I recently ordered the t500 still and other accessories from this company and in my opinion their customer service and aftercare is second to none. Having watched the informative YouTube instructions i have produced 90% clear spirit of outstanding quality

You Order your goods
The courier delivers to your instruction ( mine was leave in Porch)
The worst of the deal is being asked to rate a perfectly normal and simple commercial transaction through trust pilot.

I ordered this as a Christmas present for my partner and saw it on the Internet Wednesday evening. It is a complete starters pack for wine making. It was delivered in time Friday morning. Extremely efficient service.

I needed just one cork but no-one sells just one cork! Fortunately I was able to order 3 and the postage was more than the item! I needed speedy delivery so now I have one happy jar of sloe gin and 2 spare corks!!

Recently purchased a starter kit to brew cider. It was great value for money, quick delivery and the instructions were really thorough and easy to understand. As soon as my first brew was finished I ordered more stuff. I don't normally write reviews but with the quality and service I got from Live Brewing I wanted to show my appreciation and help them out.

Receive my orders really fast from UK to the Netherlands. And the Imperial stout is really a very good beer. Only really top beers like some from brewdog or mikkeler (george!!) I like even better than this homebrew. And those beers cost about 10 euro or more a bottle.

Ordered two white wine kits, corks and on our second order corks and steriliser, both orders were delivered promptly, first one the next day, brilliant.

Just had some of the Chardonnay, lovely dry white wine, recommend it to anyone, thanks very much.

I ordered two Beaverdale wine kits that were on a special offer ,with free delivery.So I,m very happy with that.Delivery comes with a time slot ,which is very convenient, and text on the phone to say when.There was a slight hiccup when I got two texts ,one to say ,its on the van and one to it,s not on the van ! It came on the time they said it would.Will use Lovebrewing again.

Yesterday evening i recieved my order and the product is fantastic will make a brilliant xmas present for my uncle. Whilst looking through the parcel i found what i thought was my invoice with my bank details and personal information. I didnt find my invoice i found someone elses invoice with their personal details and some bank details at which point i realised someone else must have my invoice with all my details on which i found quite shocking. Still havent had time to call up the office yet but i will either before or just after the weekend to complain. 5/5 for the product 0/5 for trust with personal details.

Received excellent service on my brewing starter kit, it's currently fermenting ready for Xmas and was very easy to put together thanks to the concise instructions that come with the kit, highly recommended!

First for the good part. very fair shipping price to denmark, and very fast shipping. But heres my problem with them.

I ordered some brewing equipment, and some hops. It is very important to me, that the hops where pellets, and I asked them right after I ordered if they where pellets (I wouldnt have ordered it, if it was leafs). They said that it was. When I recieved the goods 4 days after or so, they sent me leaf hops. I tried to contact them, and got the response. that leaf are just as good as pellets, and if I dont like the product, I can just send it back. Right thanks a lot fellas. 20 pound resend to england from denmark. Such arrogance is the reason will never spend another penny at their site or recommend them to anyone.
