Used for a 3rd and probably the last time this year. Impossible to recommend any more.
Major weakness return labels emailed for printing 3 days before return. Very inconvenient when away from home. Labels available earlier by email request. My request this year agreed as no problem but labels not delivered as requested before 8th May, not on the 8th or 9th but 10th, following daily emails from me.
Case not delivered to requested hotel address but Congress centre next door due company's use of incorrect database.
Collection rearranged from hotel and all my emails answered quickly but

I ordered luggage mule as I just had surgery so could not carry our holiday luggage. We had ordered for our luggage to be delivered to Paris on Dec 21st. When I printed the labels, I discovered the delivery had been pushed back to Dec 24th. I had received no email asking if this was ok or event informing me! By luck I realised it when printing, as by the 24th we had already left Paris and would have spent our 2 weeks of holidays without clothes and with no Christmas presents for the children. I had to cancel luggage mule. I was told this was due to the strikes in France. This is not an acceptable excuse, as in any event we should have been informed. I since looked at reviews online and I looks like many people are unhappy with Luggage Mule. Clearly not a reliable service.

terrible I had arranged for my suitcase to be collected 3 times and each time you failed I made other arrangements we sat in all day and night on the 3 days

Two cases delivered - although only one sent. Extra case still here now - weeks later. Collection of correct case for return came a day earlier than advsed, delivery then attempted on a day specified as not possible and then delivered late.

I have used luggage mule for the last 5 years and love their service. One year I was 4 pounds over the acceptable weight and it did cause some issues but luggage mule worked with me to resolve the matter and get my bag home. I do not suggest it, as I was lucky in that I had a friend that could remove a pair a shoes and send my bag on it's way. I also have students on our program ship luggage so I do wish luggage mule would work with universities that have international students and summer programs to provide a luggage scale for a small fee to avoid these types of issues. Handheld scales aren't always accurate! I highly recommend as they also have the best price!

We have been using LM since 2015 for trips within the UK including the Highlands and Islands. The customer service team are efficient and helpful - sometimes our needs are out of the ordinary, but they have always found a solution for us. They treat you like an individual and that your business is important to them. Yes we will use them again and we do tell our friends.

Pro: easy to book and the delivery was as agreed
Cons: it would be a very good thing to get the package collected in a selected window of time during the day ( like morning or afternoon)
Waiting for the courier all day is a downside of the service and very annoying for the customer.

Was suppose to recive my luggage on the 12th of jan today is 23rd and still no bags I’ve been on holiday for two weeks with none of my or my kids clothes we have had to go out and buy new garments for the whole family because they could not provide the service they promised.

We have been using luggage Mule since 2014 to transport our cases to various UK locations, including some multi location itineraries. The service has worked well and the staff are helpful in sorting out our sometimes complex needs. For the first time ever there was a slight glitch in picking up our homeward bound bag, but the LM team were quick to respond and sorted it out, and kept us informed. WE have faith in LM and will continue to use them. So much easier than lugging cases on and off busy trains.

After placing my order In October and a number of emails to confirm delivery etc , I had to prompt luggage mule for my tags in late December, to then be told that there would be an additional charge to delivery to the Alps. In addition, as the date for collection was going to be late I would have to pay an extra sum for express delivery. Very disappointed, had to hire equipment in resort at great expense!!

I had to contact the courier service myself to arrange a much delayed pick-up.
I have yet to receive any return contact from their so-called customer service, or been able to contact them by phone. I seriously considered calling the police in case some disaster had befallen their premises.
Only service I received from them was the printed label by email - the rest was organised by me direct with the courier.

Having used Luggage Mule a few months ago, and had a great experience, I thought I'd use it again, this time to include Christmas presents.

Big mistake!

Despite booking the luggage to arrive several days before Christmas, the holiday came and went with no delivery until afterwards.

Not only was the delivery late, but the box was bashed and torn open, several items had disappeared, and a couple of other items appeared which weren't mine. No real explanation was given by Luggage Mule, apart from the fact that about 1% of deliveries are late.

So I don't really know what went so wrong when it went so very right first time around, and I wish I knew which time was really more typical of Luggage Mule's service, as this is a service I need often.

No-one on the phones (message and email service only) at 4:30pm on a non-holiday Friday to answer an urgent query which hadn't been answered by email. Otherwise have used the service several times before and been pleased.

At first, responses were slow and I felt they could miss picking up my luggage and hence I'd miss my train. So, I sent some angry messages. Eventually, they came through right on time, picked up my luggage professionally and delivered just as they said they would without any issues. Might I add that they are the cheapest service out there for luggage delivery and they did just fine. One tip to other customers is try to book early enough. Your bookings wouldn't be attended to until weekdays 9am to 4pm and that means that collection can only be arranged for the day after depending on location, so keep that in mind while booking and you should be fine.
