After three weeks and no delivery, confirmation, phone call or nothing I finally call back and ask wheres my game? They search and search for my name, once they figure that part out they say it was shipped to the UK. My game was sent to my address with my area code and my name, but to the UK. How does that happen? I'm sure no one with my name, address, and area code lives in the UK. Ultimately I made this place give me a refund and I'll never order anything from here again.

I've bought a few odds and ends from Lukie Games and each time has been more than a pleasure. Delivery is generally on time and their prices are generally competitive or better than alternatives I can find online. Even when I can find a lower price, it doesn't seem to be from a reputable buyer that I can find reviews of online. They have a pretty good retro game selection, though are sometimes out of stock for what I am looking for.

Purchased from them in the past (like a year or less ago) and purchased 4 games (xbox) and only 1 arrived. And they refused to send replacements or a refund for it. the games were cheap so i just let it go, but poor customer service on there part. Wouldn't buy from again.

i ordered a handheld game console from them, the shipping wasn't free and i receive a defective product, return process wasn't complicated but i need to cover the postage again. so all in all i lost £12 for the 2 way shipping. But the Good thing is, it was clearly mentioned from the start that shipping and return shipping is shoulder by the buyer. so no problem at all

I ordered some retro games from here and received my package within a week and everything worked perfectly. The prices were pretty reasonable and the games were in great working order. As far as used Gameboy Advance, and NES games go, this site is great. I would definitely order from them again.

I have ordered here many times. Whenever something goes wrong, which seldom happens, it is quickly fixed. They have even sent me replacements for faulty wiring that was not their fault. (Nintendo controller extention cord didn't work) I did not have to return the faulty product and was sent a working one in the matter of a few days. Amazing customer service. I will definitely be ordering more in the future!

The way your customer service treats paying customers is unacceptable. I never received an apology for Lukie games messing up the same order not once but twice. The first time may have been an accident but I know when someone is trying to intentionally Inconvene me. You will have better luck purchasing consoles and games from any other seller. I will write similar reviews on as many sites as I can. I don't want anyone else to experience the frustration that this irresponsible company causes.

I put my used xbox and games on ebay to sell. Lukie Games purchased it. I boxed EVERYTHING up and took it to my closest USPS office. Paid almost $30 for f$#*!ing shipping. Kept my receipt with the tracking number on it and checked in over the next few days to make sure it had shipped, which it DID. I wanna say about a month later I get hit with a dispute ticket on paypal with them claiming they never received it. I did everything correctly on my end and still got $#*!ed. Sooooo good luck selling to these $#*!ers! Have a wonderful day ;)

I have two boys that like me enjoy video games a lot and love playing vintage games that aren't always easy to find at a reasonable price. I found this site while looking for a game for a gift and I was pleased with the service. I placed my order on a Sunday and the order was on hand by noon Wednesday.

Loved this site until they made a mistake on my order, since I'm in Canada I couldn't send the game back without spending fees, they finally got to reimburse me fully for my purchase so I didn't lose any money

I am not a happy customer lukie games dose not like to help any one but them selfs I ordered $250 in games fine and all they shipped them but they got lost when I talked to usps and Canada post they both told me that I had to talk to lukie and get them to resend them tracing info so they could find it
lukie refused and gave me every reason under the sun why they couldn't help me even telling me my package was in alberta witch was cool till they told me it left back to bc I live in freaking alberta not in bc they say its not lost yet if it was not lost then why and the lady on the phone was rude and hung up on me no help all they care about is the money and not there costumers even tho they will tell you other wise but truth is they don't care one bit bc if they did they would have put the request throw and not told me that they cant help till 6weeks are up an then they will look in to it when they should be looking in to it now when it just got lost I am very unhappy with lukie and it severs an its call in center they were rude and no interest in helping any one but them self's

I ordered a gamecube sims game from Lukie for the first time. The game was used but the description stated that the game was in excellent condition. My boyfriend told me not to trust the sits but I really wanted the game so i went against his judgement and ordered it anyways. The ordering process went well and I received the game on time. But guess what? When i went to play the game it wouldn’t work! I took the game out to see if it was dirty and i saw that the game was completely damaged to the point where the game system couldn’t read it. I am expecting a full refund and i will never order from them again. I should have listened to my boyfriend

Placed an order on Jan. 6 / 2012. After failing to deliver TWICE, the item finally got to me just today. (Mar. 27 / 2012) Customer service seemed very caring and understanding on the phone, but this was all a ruse as nothing was done about my issue other than "soothing words". All in all, a company that cares only about keeping a sale and with no interest for the customer. Would not recommend to ANYONE!

You call and are told to press one for English then immediately told to leave a message.

Every

single

time.

Don't expect a callback, either. That's not going to happen. And the message doesn't even confirm who they are, or that customer service agents are busy at the moment, nothing. Just press one, "leave a message".

All "customer service" is really done by email, and that's not good enough for me when spending over 100 bucks on something. Will not buy from them again.

I love Lukie Games, it only took 4 days for me to get my order. The game was not only cheaper than locally, but it was also everything that I hoped for!! I will mmost definatly be a repeat costomer. THANK YOU

Well first and last time I buy from them, I bought a refurbished ps2 from them the shipping was good, USPS that's another issue, when I opened it there was a big hole in the corner, one of the slots where you put the game card in was pushed in so that was broken and the front of the system where you open to place your game cd in was also broken and that part was lying underneath the wrapped game so someone just threw it in there after they wrapped it. when I called to ask for a replacement they wanted the game back first, since it was not going to arrive before xmas I just got a refund. so them not going the extra for a customer they get a bad review

well id have to say yes the DHL shipping service was very good the game arrived to my local post office on 2/24/2012 at 7am although that was a friday and i should of had the game then my mail women decied not to bring mail that day so i had to wait a little longer but that had nothing to do with you or the DHL

I would give a 0 if it were possible. They sent me over $200 in broken merchandise and refuse to give me return. All I get is BS emails that they will send me RMA to return and they never do. Lukie should go out of business!!!!!

Ordered a GameCube controller for $35, controller came in the mail in a beaten up box, when I took controller out of package it was covered in scratches, dings, and black filth caked under and on top of the c stick/analog stick. eBay price jacking at its finest, but can’t take the time to even clean the controller.

Will look elsewhere, or eBay directly in the future. Save myself the headache, and save my wallet.
