We used Mckenzie Smith Fleet Branch for the Sale of our Father's property who had recently passed away and whose property was going through probate.

This was a very emotive and distressing time for us and myself in particular and both James and Luke at the Fleet branch looked after us through the whole process, helping us every step of the way ensuring we understood everything and treating us not only with professionalism but with kindness and empathy, something I am sure not many Estate Agents manage to achieve in this day and age. Helping us navigate a very difficult time in our lives.

Whilst this sale was never about the money for us people will no doubt like to know that they achieved an excellent sale price for the house in a very short space of time.

I would have no hesitation in using them in the future and cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone considering selling their own home.

We bought our first apartment in Ash through Darren. We were new to the process and he was very considerate with our nervousness to buy and helped us with every step, advising us throughout the transaction. Our first contact with Mackenzie smith estate agents in ash was in 2018. All of the staff at Mackenzie smiths were polite and helpful when we made any contact with them particularly Jason, Who was the main agent managing the purchase of our first home. Jason was informative, professional and efficient whilst dealing with our purchase and had extensive knowledge about the area we were purchasing the property from which we found useful being first time buyers with no insight on the surrounding area. In 2019 after extensive renovation work we decided to put our home on the market and made no hesitation deciding to ask The same branch and team to advertise our home for sale on our behalf after a successful smooth purchase the first time around.
Some parts of the process slower than expected but at no fault of the agents side of things but in-fact our party solicitors who we found to be at fault for a lot of the delays in the process.
In summary, we are pleased with the service overall received from Jason and his team at Mackenzie smiths in ash and would not hesitate to work with them in the future.

Andy Travers is a thoroughly professional Estate Agent, and one who goes above and beyond to help you. He found me my previous rental property when I was not even in the UK and he had to keep answering my many emails and telephone calls from Spain! He has also been assisting me recently in another matter. Would definitely go to him first if you are looking for a reliable and friendly Estate Agent.

We bought our first house with Mackenzie Smith Ash Vale and I'm sorry to say Jason disappointed us throughout the process. He wasn't truthful with regards to the sellers vacating the property (which wasnt an issue in the end but it created a high level of distrust from the beginning). We didn't feel he was acting as a neutral representative like an estate agent should. We feel he caused alot of uneccesary grief with regards to the process - unhelpful when he was asked to assist with specific documents that were needed from the seller before exchange, and then getting involved in legal things that he shouldn't have been. He was rude throughout. And on the day of completion he left an abrubt voicemail saying he would let us know when we could access the property (when in fact we had legal access already), he didnt even have the decency or professionalism to congratulate us. He even threatened to put the property back on the market after WE had been waiting patiently for months for the sellers solicitors to get their act together and provide the documents that were needed to exchange otherwise the lender would not release the funds. We will not be using them when we come to sell our property in the future. Oh and they even called us during the process to ask if we were still looking for a property! So lack of communication within the team. We are now aware that the animosity throught this process was not driven by the sellers but solely by Jason. I would like to say the young chap that did give us the keys that day was extremely polite and professional.

We bought our first home with Mackenzie Smith Yateley in November 2019. Paul Phelan and his team were fantastic throughout, often helping to speed up the process when our solicitors were dragging their heels! He kept us continually updated and in the loop. We couldn't have asked for a better first time buying experience. Thank you!

By far, Tracy at Mackenzie Smith was the most professional and helpful. At very short notice, she took us to view 2 rental apartments. When we returned to Abu Dhabi she was in constant contact and promptly responded to emails. Her guidance and assistance were invaluable. Unfortunately due to a change in our requirements, we did not eventually rent the apartment through them. However, I would certainly recommend Tracy and would return to them for future requirements.

I was shown around the flat the first two occasions by a young assosiate who was a credit to his team.
