My experience with this company was OK for several years but it's gone down hill. -4 stars for receiving subscriptions 3-4 months after sign up, swapping to a totally different magazine without notification, in the past they never returned the follow up call as promised when I had an issue (said within 3 days) and now I see they completely eliminated their customer service line. How can you solve issues via email? This is BAD!

They got my payment for Guitar World magazine on April 25th and have never sent any magazines. Only excuses. I doubt I'll ever get my money back.

When filling out some sort of survey I was informed that I could get some magazines for $2.00 for a year. I was told that if I do not cancel my credit card would be charged and the subscription automatically renewed. I have been trying to cancel Travel & Leisure Magazine. Their web page has a link which indicates you can click on to cancel. When you click on the link you have to fill out a form to make contact. One mandated field is the "order number". I tried all numbers on the label and the page rejects all. It calls for a MDC order number which is not on the magazine label or on the credit card bill. You can't even make contact without the order number. This company is probably part of some sort of on line scam. Beware.

Ordered Dec. 4th, 2014...have yet to receive the first issue as of Feb 25th. Called 5 days ago and was told I would be contacted. Never heard back. Called again and was told that I would receive the first issue by the end of March. Unacceptable.

It should not take "6-8 weeks" to start a subscription. I ordered elsewhere and it took two weeks.

I have yet to receive my subscription as of today.

Never received anything after over two months and being charged... still havent seen anything

I will wait to reserve judgement until my grandchild receives his magazine.

I was asked to do a survey and was offered 4 magazines with only 2 dollars shipping. They charged me 48 dollars and I called them and there is no record of my charges. I got scammed. I’m so sad that companies are allowed to do this and get away with this. Terrible

My grandson has received only one of the two magazines I ordered for him and for which I paid, namely, Sports Illustrated. He has never received a copy of the baseball magazine which I also ordered.

I ordered a magazine on 28 November for my sister for Christmas. As of 25 January she had still not received anything. I emailed this company and the reply was that it would take up to 12 weeks for the first issue to arrive. As of 8 March still nothing. I emailed again and got the reply that they would look into it and be back in touch w/in 5 business days. Guess what? Still nothing. Do not order anything from this company! You'll spend your money and never get anything from them! I wouldn't have given them any stars, except that you have to give them something so that you can comment.

I ordered and paid for Sports Illustrated for Kids back in November 2019 and still have not received an issue and it’s mid February. This is ridiculous. There is no phone number to call and talk to anyone. You can only communicate via email. I should have known better than to Order from them since there is no phone number. I guess I can kiss that money good bye. Sad thing is, it was for a Christmas gift. Do not order from them!!!!!

I was charged 4 times for transactions I never approved. I saw it the next day and immediately contacted them and PayPal where the money was withdrawn from. After 5 emails that I sent to them their final email said they never charged me and i need to send them my bank statements to prove they charged me. (I don't feel comfortable giving these people anything) However this was after them saying they were going to cancel the charges. I feel this company is scamming people and they are unwilling to even work or look into fake charges or unauthorized access. If you ever see this pop up on your card immediately cancel your card and never even go to their site!

I would give zero stars if possible. As with other reviewers, I paid for a yearly subscription to Popular Mechanics for my son, we never received any issues, and when I called, I was told that I would receive an email in 24-48 hours. That never happened. When I called an asked for a refund, I was told that I would receive an email confirmation within 10 minutes. Again, never happened. The fact that a company would outwardly lie like that is absolutely awful.

Basically the company line is that it's a 3rd party that essentially takes zero responsibility for its part in sales fulfillment and communication with the publisher/magazine whatsoever. While it indicates you can purchase a 'renewal', it will result in duplicate issues nonetheless if you've previously purchased through any other source. Never, ever again will I fall for this one. The worst outfit; I hope it gets exposed on '60 minutes'

I received this survey several months ago, but waited until I got the magazine before completing.
The magazine arrived on time without missing any issues. Thank you.

I ordered and paid for an annual subscription to Sports Illustrated Kids on December 4, 2019. As of February 10, no magazines have been delivered. I called in December - they promised fast action, but produced nothing. I called in January - they promised fast action, but produced nothing. Do not use this company.

Ordered a 2 year subscription as a Christmas gift on 12-19-17 and still (03-09-18) no magazine has been delivered. I tried contacting them through email and it would not allow me to send. I also tried to call and the company there is no phone number to speak to a representative. Oh but they had no problem taking my money and bank information. The BBB has been contacted and they are checking into this. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

They put three 12.00 charges on my debit card and then said they have no record of any purchases in my name. I have emailed them several times and will keep pursuing this. They are a scam company. DO NOT buy from them. Contacted BBB and they are checking into this. Would hate anyone else to get taken by this fake business!!!!!
