I needed a pair and was sent one! The other has never come into stock so i have one useless hatch adjuster that i dont need. Why was i not told at order stage rather than after despatch.

I ordered a pair of navy bue HH trousers size 3, for my wife. They proved to be too small and were returned for exchange for a size 4. We received size 3 back again. I phoned to complain and got a very polite and swift response apologising and sending the correct size 4 back. We now have two pairs of HL Chino navy trousers. I hope to use the size 3 for one of my daughters!

I do feel a bit bombarded with junk email, and on occasion go to another chandler just because of all the emails, I get from them up to 4 a day

Delivery was quick and price was good, but the 38 mm y-valve had a diameter of 41 mm (too big) and the 3/4" (19 mm) plastic through hull fitting had a diameter of 18.5 mm (too small). This was disappointing. The rest of the goods were fine.

I paid extra for next day delivery but it wasn't made clear that there were no Saturday deliveries. Only got basic delivery in reality. I overpaid.

NO callback > wrong part therefore ordered > £5 to send back > smaller part then £5 more. Nightmare. Still waiting for part and other parts on backorder and now overdue.

Of last two orders one received in expected time, one required several chasers and became apparent was not a stock item (shoes and a jacket). So I would say somewhere between good and poor. But to be fair not my usual experience

Am very happy with products but disappointed to find that soon after my purchases of 12 fender socks ( a Xmas present to my dad), they were greatly reduced. I guess I need to buy nearer Xmas next time!

Two items of the same part number delivered OK and promptly but of two different designs so less than ideal if I wanted to change both hatches so only moderately satisfied. At this stage I only intend to use one of the items retaining the other as a spare so hence have not complained one of the two delivered appearing to be the same as those fitted in my Blaze.

I requested and paid for 2 x £20 gift vouchers ordered in advance as a Christmas present they arrived 2 1/2 weeks late!! why did did it take so long to get to me? A first class letter takes 2-3 days!! Or better still produce them in e version for a direct printing option.

Product was well packaged & arrived undamaged.

Always tempting offers in the email, and the particular offer of Medium/Large Crewsaver buoyancy aids at £11.95 was too good to miss. I bought 10 of them on behalf of my Sailing Club for our Adult beginner classes.
