Main Faucet

I got my faucet for a very good price and since installing it, I've received at least 3 compliments. The shipping was fast and price was right. Also talked with customer service and they were very nice and helpful.

I have recently ordered $5000 worth of goods from this site. The service was amazing, great customer support. All the items that were in stock have shipped in great timely manner and all that was back ordered also was shipped as advised in advance. I am grateful for this!!! Very highly recommend this site to all!!!

We received the above range hood quickly and it was as described. We won't be moving in for another month.

Very bad people and so rude, Simon is very bad costumer service guy, he promises that he will do right thing and does another, very very disappointing. I been one month trying to get my money back for the bad product and they lie every day that they will do refund me and do not.

I ordered a range hood of $500+, it was shipped in two packages. both were left at the front door when no one was at home, and one was missing and the other was damaged.
MainFaucet told me that the replacement would take 1 month, so I requested a refund. and they sent me the shipping label to return the damaged piece.
It has been 6 weeks since I returned it, and I still have not got my refund. I called/chatted with Simon more than 6 times and I was either told the refund has already been processed, or it will be processed today/tomorrow.

after I posted this review, I got a call from Simon, and the refund was issued next day.
In terms of custom service, I would rate it higher, because I can talk to a real person over there instantly, no waiting at all.

I purchased the Design Element DEC025 Milan 43" Mahogony Finish Single Sink Vanity Set in June of 2012. It was very well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. My contractor said it was easy to install. It looks absolutely great in my remodeled bathroom. I'm VERY pleased with this product.

I love this undermount sink...great quality and price and I did shop around...the installer was impressed with the strainer and said it was one of the nicest ones he's seen....I was only surprised that bottom of strainer was plastic and not metal but it works fine. Also bought colander which fits perfectly and wife loves it.

I had waited months to purchase a new kitchen sink after the knowledgable customer service rep told me that a new line of sinks were coming. I am glad I waited...and I really appreciated the advice from the MainFaucet rep. The Ruvati zero radius sink is heavy and has a very nice finish. The grids, strainers and drains are a notch above. Great customer service and product.

We bought a frameless shower door and it was delivered within 2 days. They called us to schedule delivery and the whole process was smooth. We'll definitely consider mainfaucet for future.

Placed the order on 4/4, did not receive until 5/10.

Range hood came in with fans apart from the hood, screws everywhere, had to pay $100 more to have the contractor fix it before the installation.

Could not find customer service rep to talk to on the weekend, Called customer service on Monday, but was told to ship it back for a replacement, which is not the solution I needed because the unit was already installed. Refused to issue any partial refund and would charge re-stocking fee if full refund is requested.

Not happy with the purchase

My vanity arrived within 10 days. I am pleased with MainFaucet, who verified the vanity was in stock before I ordered.

We purchased a bathroom vanity from MainFaucet in Aug. of this year. The vanity arrived damaged with a dent and discoloration along the surface of one of the drawers. MainFaucet wanted us to accept a replacement drawer and fix the unit ourselves but we declined. The unit already had two drawers that were significantly different from the other four and we didn’t want to add yet another different looking drawer. We also did not think it was incumbent on us to fix the vanity given its price of over $1000.

We therefore asked to return the vanity per the policy in effect at the time, which clearly stated that defective items could be returned at no cost to the buyer. MainFaucet were initially reluctant to accept the return but eventually agreed. However, we had some further problems and unnecessary delays with the subsequent return process, culminating in an initial charge of 25% of the cost of the item being imposed for damages supposedly incurred in the return shipping.

We disputed these charges and filed a complaint with the BBB but, to their credit, MainFaucet did agree to refund them and apologized for the problems we had experienced.

MainFaucet's prices are reasonable and they certainly shipped the item promptly, but they should have made the return process shorter and less difficult and aggravating.

The prices at MainFaucet.com were as low as anyone on the Internet, and their service and speed was second to none. I was very pleased and would not hesitate to use them again.

I bought 2 shower doors from them and they were a great price with free delivery. We had trouble with the local carrier and the people at Main Faucet were very helpful and courteous. Highly recommended.

Dawn ASU111R Undermount Double Bowl Sink 25"

I had a very hard time to find a small double bowl undermount sink, but with Main Faucet I did not only find one that would messure exactly into our existing kitchen cabinet. The sink we ordered looks great and works perfect. We are happy with our choice and would definitly recommend it.

price is very competitive, but the stock check is not accurate, my first order was cancelled since that model is not available even it still showed in stock in their website, and i have to call them three times to get my credit back, the costumer service is very nice people though.

Was looking for a specific sized vanity with vessel sink for a 1/2 bath - found the perfect one from Fresca. MainFaucet had the best price and free shipping. Arrived in a couple of days. Installed it myself - looks great and works perfectly. Very easy shopping experience. Thanks!

i ordered 2 light fixtures that i LOVED. THe price was great AND although it was backordered, i received it much quicker than i expected. I was very pleased. they sent emails to keep me posted on the status.

I purchase a Ruvati sink and faucet in October of 2015. It ended up being the wrong size for our reno, so I order a new sink and returned the first one in Nov 2015.

I still have not gotten a $569.90 refund on the first sink!

The return email said to allow 2-3 weeks for a credit to my credit card. That didn't happen. I called in January 2016, spoke with Simon...again. He said he would "send a check."

Never got it.

I called and email...nothing.

As of January 2017, the number I originally called goes to LightingCity.com (their other company) and no one answers!

Completely frustrated!

It's over a year, no refund still!

Tried to dispute it with Amex, but they only have a 60 day time period to dispute a charge.

I ordered 2 shower doors and both were delivered quickly and safely. The ordering was easy, the description, measurements and pictures on the internet matched the items exactly. Overall a great experience and I would definately order from Main Faucet again.
