Purchased a Sidney Internet radio, worked fine at first then both FM then DAB showed no signal but I persevered with Internet radio which now connects but NO Sound whatsoever. Contacted Majority who were not interested. Useless piece of kit that barely lasted 6 months with zero support other than try a useless reset action.
Please be very aware when thinking of purchasing from this company.

Haven't had a chance to use this yet, but so far compact and eay to set up - had to write a review to get extended 3 year warrenty - which is an added bonus! Will edit review once had the opportunity to use

Bought 2 DAB radios from this cowboy company. Both stopped working as the app was no longer updated in the Apple Store. NO REPLY TO ANY EMAILS OR TWEETS. As others have said, they simply don’t want to know once they have their money and the warranty in non-existent. AVOID

I bought my unit 6 months ago and thought 'what a steal'.. now however, despite limited use, the display is almost invisible, making it impossible to use the remote, scroll through settings or use the menu. So now I'm guessing whether BT is on, if CD is switched on DAB etc.... a shame as its a nice thing, but frankly useless in its current state.

Bought the Homerton Internet Radio and Music System for my 11year old daughter.Easy to set up and use.Does exactly what it says on the box.Good bit kit.

In September 2019 I bought a Majority Parkside Colour - Personal Digital DAB/DAB+/FM Radio and MP3 player. All was ok for 8 months and then suddenly it would not play anything from the SD card. I contacted Majority who were not very helpful at all. So in conclusion Majority promised so much but delivered very little. Do not buy from these cowboys.

Purchased a Majority DAB radio Dec 2017 for my son, unfortunately he failed to register the item when we gave it to him. The headphone socket became faulty. I returned the radio, after a few emails & the intervention of their customer help advisor George, he arranged for a totally new up to date replacement within a couple of days. It's amazing how good old fashioned customer goes a long way!

Bought a Majority Arbury DAB radio two years ago and now it is on it's last legs and rapidly failing. The Majority extended 3 year warranty is worth nothing as I cannot get them to start a warranty claim. Apparently they cannot find the warranty registration in their system, the extended warranty email they sent me, they can't read an email reply I sent them using their email to me, they can't open a PDF file or PNG file, the format in which they insisted I send the content of the email to them! There is no telephone number given on their website and none found on a search of the web. So, no support when you need it - the worst kind - a sell and forget business. Essentially cowboys. Never buy this brand again.

I purchased this DVD to replace two faulty Sony units, which lasted <2 years. I chose this one because of the HDMI connectivity, as opposed to the dated scart technology which most players seem to have. The USB connection and 3 year warranty were added factors in making the decision to buy, plus the excellent price. The unit is small and light and so easy to connect. It took me at least 4 minutes! So far I've been very impressed with the easy of use and picture quality. So would certainly recommend.

The Fitzwilliam 2 is a superb DAB+, FM, Internet radio hifi tuner. Set up is easy, connectivity excellent , sound quality exceptional and it’s controllable via the UNDOK mobile app.
It’s so good that I have just ordered another one for my second hifi system.

Bought a Histon2 radio for my 13 year old daughter - gave her the DAB radio she wanted, great music quality, and immediately began using the radio alarm clock (wasn't expecting that). She's very happy and loves the "champagne pink"-type colour

I have a number of radios in my house, some of which have been working well for 15 years or more. I bought 2 Majority radios in 2016 and 2017. The first stopped working less than 3 years after purchase, which isnt ideal, but was replaced under the extended 3 year warranty. The second completely packed in, less than 2 years after purchase. The company refused to replace it, as I had completed the extended warranty three and a half months after purchase, not within the first month. As I have explained to them, this was because it was a Xmas present for my mum, who became unwell, and was admitted to a nursing home. So the radio wasnt opened until 3 months after purchase, when the extended warranty was submitted, and Majority sent a confirmatory email accepting the extended warranty. Despite numerous emails and letters, Majority have showed no interest or concern in the radio breaking in less than 2 years, merely have sought to wriggle out of their obligations by hiding behind the 'late submission'. All this lost reputation for £20!

Majority peterson radio 2 months old powers up but doest connect or update time even though showing connection to WiFi. Warranty useless as was a gift and we don't have an order number. Looks like we are not the only ones with this fault according to other review. In my personal opinion avoid and buy a better brand.

I bought a Majority Little Shelford radion on 9th January tghs year but in April it just stopped working. I contacted Amazon but they suggested I contacted the seller iZilla. I did this and they said thayas it was purchased through Amazon it was their responsibily to repair or refund it. I contacted Amazon at 3 different addresses in Luxembourg and in Slough and Ireland but no-one will accept responsibilty to repair a £44 radio. I'm just pleased it wasn't a £15,000 car Under warranty.How can a company as large as Amazon be such rip-off merchants. I realise we're in a difficult trading and delivery situation but they could at least answer the bloody phone.

Just tried it tonight first impressions very good, lots of options, very good reception on Dab and internet radio, CD player good sound,
Very pleased next day delivery from Amazon and a reasonable price.
