I was in the market for a smaller drill for use in the house & came upon Makita's 10.8v tools. The CBI drill & impact driver set was ideal and bearing in mind it comes with two batteries and a charger it's going for a great price. The tools are tough and reliable and charge in less than an hour. I'm very happy with them.

I like Makita tools as I can use my battery on a number of different tools: Drill. Impact Drill. Which makes life easier when things get tough. Makita Tools are easy to use and do the job.Well worth having.

Have over 29 18/36v Makita Tools from Garden tools to Drills, hover, mutitools, grinders etc and they are all excellent. I’ve had an 18v Drill with two lithium batteries that was bought and used heavily for Heathrows Terminal 5 2005 Project. So that’s 14 Years and no sign of stopping still. Batteries are still as good as new. This has made me slowly buy more and more 18v tools that I just can not fault, the garden tools, chainsaw, strimmer, pole strimmer, and Blower are simply awesome ? ? well done Makita!! I’m not sure what your customer service is like because nothing has ever gone wrong. That would make a great advert with a tumbleweed passing through your customer service department. Highly recommend all Makita products. And no I don’t work for them etc..

I've been buying a number of Makita 18v cordless power tools , all have been excellent value for money , good choice available , perhaps a twin 18v cordless belt sander would be good to produce .

If I can they are one of the first I buy for tools. Well worth paying a bit extra for these tools. You get your monies worth!
