I used the car park yesterday and was very disappointed as had to use Pink 8th floor as no space left for me to park on 6th floor. On my return I could not find my car easily as the information said even or odd numbers - I was on 8 so therefore though even number - wrong had to come back to ground floor to bet told pink 8th look was actually odd number - very confusing and not what you want after a long flight

I have had past experience with the Meet 'n Greet service and it has always been excellent and a great reassurance for me when I return from a long distance trip.
The arrangements for making the reservation are also user friendly.

I continually receive emailed offers of up to 60% yet, whenever I book, these discounts never appear. The other day I received an offer of £5 off all bookings made before end Jan so just reserved now for a trip next month. Again, no sign of the discount at payment stage so ended up being charged full price as usual.
Am I missing something or are your offers 'fake news'?
My normal rating would otherwise be 5*

I had an email link for £5 discount from the official website - however this only applied to the meet and greet go service. This wasn't made clear on the email and was misleading.

It was a fine booking service, BUT I know from using your premium car parking for years the service and parking spaces and line ups are now very risky to damage to the car as the lanes are FAR too close and it is worrying and i will now try more and more find alternatives. PLUS you did not offer me FAST TRACK part of my parking option as you always have in the past! WHY is this?

I booked following a £5 off M&G link from an email I received, I then went and checked the website independently and they were both the same price, When I called the 0808 number to query this and ask for the discount to be applied, I was told I didn't have a booking the reference I gave isn't recognised the email I received isn't from the airport and that I should email the airport customer services team immediately, I am waiting for a response from the airport

I specifically wanted to book Jetparks 2 but couldn't get a quote for this car park or any option to book it, no explanation as to why I couldn't book it (is it closed or fully booked ?)

I just booked Manchester airport parking last night and in the next few hours, after i have booked, you send me a £7 off booking voucher !

I've already booked! Its too late sending me this now! Why didn't you offer me this at the time of the booking!

This is a real slap in the face. Won't use you guys again you didn't give me the offer at the time but after the event when no one can use it as they have already booked
