Mano Mano or plumbworld, whomever wants to accept blame. I purchased a close coupled square toilet in April. However My plumber was unable to install until May. Once the plumber opened the box, the toilet was cracked in several places. This clearly happened in transit. Now mano mano will not stand over the product, essentially saying it is my fault for not checking. I am not a plumber, so why open when there is no reason to. They are now expecting me to just accept an apology, where I will have to purchase another toilet and let the £125 plus delivery charges be my fault. Disgraceful

Honestly DO NOT use this company they are a liability and will just take your money with NO INTENTIONS of ever sending it to you as they don't have it. I wish I would of read the reviews before purchasing. I ordered a trampoline which they confirmed was in stock (I paid over the odds because their sold out everywhere) wait 7 days and when delivery day finally arrives I receive an email to say 'thanks for your refund request' f@## off. My children are devastated and this appalling business should be shut down. Stick to legit companies.

Ordered some solar panels but they never arrived. Customer services ignoring my attempts to get in contact. They've taken my money not delivered the product. Trying to contact my bank to begin proceedings.

Great experience from ManoMano, ordered my item and was advised it would be a 7-10 day lead time - absolutely fine given current situation with covid. Could track the order and it actually arrived 2.5 days after order was placed.
Delighted!!

Ordered some light bulbs in marsh and as of 12 june still not arrived. Have e mailed the company on several occasions requesting a refund as i changed the fittings due to length of wairing. They told me the company would be in contact with me within 2 working days. Have had no contact from the supplier and yet again contacted them over 2 weeks ago and still waiting a reply. Will never use this company again and receiving the refund has not happened.

Terrible customer service, purchased 3 items, one arrived quickly, one is now 6 days late and one item never arrived at all and I’m struggling to get through their poor process for a refund. Mano Mano took my order, took my payment yet I have to wait for a supplier to provide a refund.

Chat staff are not interested in resolving issues and call centre staff are nothing short of arrogant.

I will never deal with Mano Mano again. Shocking service, process, communication and suppliers.

I was promised a delivery between 18-22 June. I contacted them to say that I needed the item before 21 June if possible.

The guy at ManoMano (Larry) contacted the supplier directly on my behalf and it arrived 6 days early.

Excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

I ordered Garden furniture from ManoMano on the 25th May with a delivery date of between 4th and 9th June when checking the courier website it showed cancelled by client. I sent a email on 2nd June which was replied with the seller (dreams living Ltd) will contact within 48hrs I received two generic one line emails telling me they are looking into this.

I requested immediately refund as I don't believe this item will be delivered through the ManoMano customer service again advised passed onto seller I am still awaiting an update??

Please confirm refund will be returned ASAP.

Awful,don’t even bother,they take your money saying it’s in stock but they farm your order out,waited 2 weeks and I had to ask where my order was,was then told it’s out for delivery from france,another 2 weeks passed and I had to ask again and was told an unprecedented number of people had ordered this product and it was out of stock,I got my money back but they’d been sitting on it all that time with out letting me know,steer clear!!

Appalling experience with this company - I tried to cancel the order as delivery was taking too long but they ignored my requests until (they say) it was too late as the item "was ready to be shipped" (not actually shipped you understand - it was still on site - it is still onsite as I write this) the best they could come up with was to refuse delivery (if I happen to be in in 2 years time when it will no doubt arrive) and let them know I've done that then they can refund me. Steer well clear of this shambolic & dishonest company.

It's all been said and I just wish I had read the reviews before ordering a piece of garden furniture which they quickly charged to my credit card and now use the "Covid" excuse for delays, non communication, no returned calls when promised, no idea if or when they are intending to deliver. You ask for a manager and he/she is never available. You ask for the manager's name and they are not allowed to give this out!! Before I ordered I confirmed the item was in stock and that with Covid the delivery quoted was still realistic. They confirmed both at the time.

Save yourself a load of aggravation and order elsewhere. Many of us are struggling ourselves to run businesses through Covid but if I treated my customers like this I would not expect to be in business much longer!

Bought an item for 600 quid and broke in less than a year and was told it wasn't warranty ( no reason why was given just a goodwill gesture of 15 quid )even though it was a 3 person seat base and actually only 1 person was sitting on it when it broke. Won't buy from these again good looking items which aren't cheap but poor quality. I deal with warranty items for a job so I know what's warranty I was fobbed off.


Typical response from this company and totally incorrect as the item hasn't expired it's warranty and I think you should get your facts right before responding and trying to make the company look better when it's not everyone just needs to look at all the responses you responded the same to all the time and most are just off the last few days.
