My mum has been waiting for her prescript medicine for 2 days and she went there 2 times to get it and they said that they still didn't have it. Really slow service and my mother has been waiting for that medicine and she's tired of making trips to the pharmacy just to know that it's not there. They should just call in when it arrives in the pharmacy and make life so much easier ????.

I thought the pack of painkillers I had ordered was twice as big as the one I received, this made them incredibly expensive, also they took a long time to arrive. I certainly won't be ordering again.

This morning a very old friend of mine went to this chemist while she was there she asked for a disposable face mask she said she would have 6 masks. She was charged £6.00 for the disposable masks, she told me she could not afford them but didn't like refusing in the shop. I think this shop is taking advantage of the situation with the public they normally only cost pennies Not £1.00 each Shame on you Manor Pharmacy.

just lost my dad to covid 19,i asked if my mam could have her prescription delivered i was rudely told no,even though shes over 70's and lockdowns in affect, the service is terrible,kept mentioning my father then asking me which one is it? meaning which person was i,my dad was over 70, we had the same surname and different dates of birth,why did she ask?(sarcasm?) everytime there's some one new working there they mess orders up and don't tell people(customers) their prescriptions are ready,i waited one week,i was told it was to be delivered like all the rest of my medications but they have changed that also no delivery for me now either (without letting me know either),very unfair,very rude and very unprofessional (i suffer from arthritis in both knees and chronic back pain you think they care?) utter rubbish! insulting and very hurtful. still i went down to collect,only to be treated with contempt.

My family have used the medication that I purchased for three generations, it is an important asset when suffering from tummy upsets and diarrhoea always in the medicine cabinet.
I was grateful to have sourced it at Manor Pharmacy, their site was easy to use the service was good and delivery prompt.
