I have used Mansell McTaggart for the sale of 7 properties (soon to be 8) and the purchase of 1. I have nothing but praise for their level of professionalism. Paul in particular is brilliant and rescued my last sale from disaster.

Because when my two buyers had to pull out,you then pulled all the stops out for another buyer so I wouldn't miss out on the sale of a flat I wanted to buy so I thank you for this for all your hard work especially Michael who reassured me all the time that everything was going to be ok and guess what he was right.

I did feel that my buyer was up to date with the sale and nobody was keeping me up to date.

I was given the wrong information about the buyer by Jake I was told it was a cash buyer and to except the offer that was £10,000 lower as it would be a quick sale, only to find out months later there was a chain of 4 people that broke down the day of exchange. All the delays cost me thousands of pounds, as I had to pay ground rent service charges and council tax. In total it took you nearly 9 months to complete the sale from the day of offer. Communication lacked on your side which made me visit the branch in person. The manager agreed that I had been misled and that communication was poor and that I would have weekly updates going forward. Personally I feel the level of service was really poor.

We have used Mansell Mctaggart for 3 house sales now and would recommend them to others. We feel that they are professional, provide a good service and are above all efficient.

Despite being assured by Mansells daily in the run up to completion day that everyone in the chain was ready to complete on a specific day, we discovered mid-morning on that day that one party had cancelled their removal company and were therefore unable to complete. This led to us and the family members we were purchasing from having to put furniture into storage and move in together, causing us additional costs and extreme inconvenience. We received no acknowledgement from Mansells of their poor handling of the situation, an apology or any offer of compensating us in any way. It seemed that all they were interested in was us breaking the chain so that our sale could go ahead, they could receive their fee and clear the property from their books. The upheaval this was going to cause to us, their fee paying customer, did not seem to matter to them

They found a buyer after 6 weeks under the pressure of us giving notice and potentially moving to another agent.
Communication could have been more proactive and answering the telephone by giving their name first would of been more personable rather than us having to ask each time who we were speaking to.
The guy who took the photographs was very good.
When we dropped the keys off on the completion day the guy in the office said we usually congratulate and thank customers with a bottle of wine but on this day he said sorry we've run out!!!! So what was the point of saying that although he did go on to say we will send one on to you which did not happen.
We did recommend you to some friends who did in fact instruct your Horley office to list their property.

We have moved home a few times now and no other Estate Agent has come close to the service offered by Mansell Mctaggart Crowborough. The whole team were perfect and so responsive, even after we had sold and had an offer accepted else where they continued to stay in touch and keep the ball rolling with solicitors and the chain themselves. Can’t fault them.

In a difficult market the process of selling my house went well and I always received appropriate feedback to the viewings that occurred and once a buyer was secured I was updated regularly and professionally. Happy to use/recommended in the future.

I was not advised that my purchaser's sale had fallen through, having agreed a price on the basis that my buyer had a cash purchaser. When I became aware of this I was given inaccurate information as to length of the new chain. I feel that your ongoing feedback to the client was inadequate to say the least.

They worked hard over 18 months to sell my house which they eventually did. Their solution to it not selling was to keep lowering the price. My only real criticism was not getting any feedback a lot of the time after a viewing which made it difficult to see any problems.

This was my 3rd move with Mansell McTaggart. I think that says it all really, I wouldn’t use another estate agent. Very reliable, friendly, professional, and helpful.

I felt that they were working for my buyer rather than myself, I also felt that I was pushed into buying the property that I am now in and I feel that it was the biggest mistake I have ever made, there’s plenty more but I don’t want to go on.

Right from our first contact with Lee we were impressed with the service provided by Mansell McTaggart. The brochure they produced was excellent and the photographs really showed our property at its best. We accepted an offer six days after putting our house on the market and we moved two months later. It was the easiest and smoothest move we have ever had and we have no hesitation in recommending Mansell McTaggart.

I had to put my father's house on the market as he was going into a nursing home. I met with Sam Swales Senior Negotiator, I found him very knowledgeable & above all I didn't feel under pressure to take Mansell McTaggart as my agent. I had seen 4 other estate agents that day & I can tell you one of them was really extra pushy, I couldn't get rid of him. So it was a breath of fresh air not to be pressurised!

The brochure Mansell McTaggart did was excellent & I found the service they gave was brilliant. Not only Sam but all of the office in East Grinstead. My father sadly passed away before we had sold the house & I found them all to be very caring & understanding making the selling of the house as smooth & easy as they could for me.

Above all of course they found me an excellent buyer. 10 out of 10 for the East Grinstead office.
