1. Appalling and shockingly unacceptable customer service. Wont call back . Wont reply to emails 2. Can be abrupt and rude 3. Wont trust them on technical matters. The mechanics couldn't identify an issue for 6 months. Also due to the fact that they couldn't care about fixing the issue. Different garage picked up what was wrong in a few hours! 4. Dont relay accurate information. Asked to pick up car, and then on collection noticed a major issue. Denied that they caused it. Well, issue wasnt there when car was dropped off. 5. LIARS!.. Lie to your face that car is being fixed. Said car will be ready for collection after programming . And didnt look like they did any work to fix it. STAY AWAY!!! . Take your car somewhere else!!!

I had my Jaguar S Type`s timing belt kit & water pump changed last week from MANY Autos I must say i have had the best car repairs experience ever they Collected my car from work kept me in the loop through out the repairs & delivered the car back to me

I have now had two pieces of work done on my car here. A steering rod end and then I returned to them for my cambelt, water pump and a service. The second time they were even able to reduce the price on payment because my part was cheaper than expected.. Could this be the best garage in the world? Exceptional service from really honest, friendly guys who make the pain of maintaining my car a pleasure.

Oil change + tire rotation & check finished in 20 minutes, its fast and professional. Definitely will come again!

I recently had two issues with my car. One related to a failed DPF filter which other garages were telling me I needed a new one, but Many Autos cleaned it, and it has been working perfectly for over 14 months now. Secondly, I had a failed air conditioning control unit, and I was looking at a replacement (on which I was quoted over £750, but Many Autos managed to fix it at a fraction of the cost. Many Auto’s deliver a professional friendly service and represent excellent value for money.

Been going to this garage for years now - MOT, bumps & scrapes, service and repairs - and always take my car here. Excellent service, and personally found a garage I can finally trust. Wouldn't hesitate recommending this garage to anyone.

I took my car for a service and mot here last week as I had previously had my cam belt changed here so I thought I’d stick with the same garage. I left my car over night and came back to collect it the next day. Once I got home I thought I’d do a quick visual inspection for any damages - there I saw a massive scratch on the side of my car. This was no doubt done whilst parking/reversing/turning in the garage by one of their employees and they did not even have the decency to let me know when I was there to collect the car. I only found out about this scratch once I got home. This is a disastrous garage and If you love you car like I do then please never ever go to this garage even by a mistake. They will not look after your car!

I went to this garage for an electrical fault that they claimed they could fix in 10 minutes. I arrived and the boss took a look at my car and had a fiddle around to try and fix the issue. This resulted in my car not working and having to be rolled back into a parking space so other cars could be attended to.

I was then told they would find the fault and have my car back with me by the end of the week. As i work away and my car is my only way of getting to work, they provided me with a courtesy car. I am grateful that this was free of charge as they agreed they had stopped the car from working.

I waited for an update and didn't receive any so called on the Friday only to find they had taken the fuel pump out of the front of the car and put it on my CLEAN passenger seat, but also that they had no idea what ws wrong. They then proceeded to tell me that my car had not started before, but i have had the car from new for 5 years and not once had an issue with it starting.

Long story short, after 2.5 months of my car sitting at the garage and having a *new* ECU from the official car make shop installed (after waiting 2 weeks for delivery), the car still wouldn't start. I asked to see the invoice for said NEW ecu but this was pushed aside constantly until recently where i have been told that this invoice has apparently been returned to the provider for a refund?? This i find VERY questionable... Considering the item was bought online there would be an email receipt..


I ended up having my car towed away (extra cost) in which i found loads of scratches and marks on the car but it was too late to do anything. I had it sent to the official dealership in SWINDON to be sorted. They received the car on Tuesday, found a fault with the apparent NEW ecu that many autos had installed (it was damaged and possibly second hand), ordered a new part and I had it back on the Friday afternoon. All being paid for by myself.

I will NEVER use Many Autos again, and i suggest you don't either!!

I book the service 11-9-2019 for a Cambelt and Water Pump replacement on my "Renault megane 1.5dCi ECO Dynamique Tom Tom (2012)" for a quote of £449 with their free pick up and delivery service.
This is a log job that take 4-5 hours to be completed.

Nadeem called me first thing in the morning collected the car from my workplace, did the repairs and returned it back to my parking at work by lunch time.
He explained to me what it was done and advise about my front brake pads that were close to the limit and should be replaced.
The invoice was very clear.
Total transparency with the price breakdown, which was much appreciated.

I am very happy with the service I received and I will use it again.
