Ordered a lot of things, the delivery was postponed couple of times, eventually they "delivered" it when I was on vacation. Never got my package. They said it's not their responsibility, there was no insurance or signature request. Be careful with your orders.

Shipping is EXTREMELY fast, I'm confused why people on here are talking about "Six Weeks" delivery... I received my order less than a week after I ordered it and tracking was available almost instantaneously. It appears my order was shipping from California, NOT China.

First let me start off by saying I was under the impression this was a California based company. It is not, straight up China! I thought when I ordered this skirt that one size was odd but it looked like a belted wrap skirt. It comes in and it’s the wrong color. I try and email them, no response so I pester them on their Instagram by writing how bad their customer service is and how no one will return my email so I can get the right item. The fabric is cheap and the prices are high. I would not recommend spending any money on this site. Buyer beware!

FAKE LA BASED COMPANY their about page says "Our brand started out of Southern California" which is clearly untrue, it is a company from China that is pretending to have roots on the West Coast. So far it has taken 4 weeks and nothing has arrived, untrackable tracking #- site didn't have backorder dates when I ordered and I now feel without a doubt it will be cheap when it arrives but won't be worth the international shipping back. Buyer Beware.

I waited almost 6 weeks, for my purchase. I ordered 6 items as I got tricked by the pictures on their site and their well-curated instagram account. But I had no idea the clothes were going to come from China in very poor conditions and horrible materials. I overall lost $40 to return the package back and I am still waiting for a refund.

Six weeks delivery time; clothing is from china, and you know what that means-- way, way smaller than sizes are listed as, and poor quality fabrics poorly constructed. Extremely cheap offshore products sold at an astronomical markup.

Order #18056

I ordered on April 03. I complained on April 10 about the complete lack of updates on the status of my order. Aside from a canned response via email, there was no other information provided.

Funnily enough, they put up a tracking number to my order the very day I wrote to them asking for information.

There has been radio silence from the company. There's a tracking number that is entirely bereft of information, saying only that it was created the date of my inquiry.

I understand that the pandemic may cause a delay in shipping, but that is no excuse to withhold information and updates from customers.

Let me also add that the 'tracking number' provided is an invalid number. Their website states that it is DHL, but DHL states that no such tracking number is available.

Truly, this is unacceptable.

I will be commencing steps with my credit card company to dispute this transaction and have the money refunded to me.

Clearly, this company is a scam. If they were remotely legitimate and/or interested in customer service, this would not be the abysmal state of my order.

It will take you six weeks or more to receive your order.

The problem with this site is that they curate a catalog of items that look "nu-goth" and "minimalist goth" from items purchased from cheap Chinese e-tailers in bulk and sell them at a gigantic markup. You are literally burning money if you buy from Marigold Shadows. Aliexpress, eBay and amazon all sell the exact same items for much cheaper, you just need to take the time to look.

The items that you get for the $50-$200 you'll pay will be extremely low quality. You could shop at an actual department store with those prices.

It took nearly six weeks to receive my items. The quality was poor, sizing did not match measurements, and some were defective. Customer service was not helpful and I am still stuck footing the bill for return shipping. Avoid at all costs

When I first was introduced to Marigold Shadows I texted my best friend to tell her I found an online retailer who “gets our aesthetic.”

And y’all, my hubs really loves it when I wear the body harnesses I’ve purchased. I mean love and he asks me all the time to wear them when we go out. ;-0

My first purchase was Zend Pleated Wrist Cuffs and I was hooked. I’ve since have super loved each item I’ve purchased and I’m damn pleased with the shipping times and customer service.

My orders have been delivered very timely and never once have a had a challenge with quality. And the to,es I’ve reached out with a question, customer service has been cherry with their response and response time. Grade A+!

I honest to Pete adore Marigold Shadows and can’t wait until my next purchase. I’m a customer for life.
