I was duped into enrolling for the Online PMP Certification course based on the advertised experience of the instructor Bill Lewis. In short, I had been cat fished. Five days before course commences, I am advised of a different instructor located in Hyderabad India. I requested the credentials of the new instructor and received them less than 4 days (90.5 hours) before course commencement. The new instructor skills do not match the skills of the contractual instructor. When requesting a refund under the company's 30 days (from paying) no questions asked money back guarantee policy, they refused claiming I had to cancel course at least 72 hours before course commencement. Effectively, in order to qualify for their guaranteed refund, you need to know you are dissatisfied with their course 72 hours before you commence it. I cancelled the course after having the opportunity to review the CV, 66 hours before commencement of the course. Irrespective of their purported cancellation hours, they varied the contract and did not allow me sufficient and reasonable time to respond to that variation. Australian Consumer Law describes this as unconscionable conduct and expressly prohibits it. I have lodged a consumer complaint in their jurisdiction (New York) with the Better Business Bureau. I took the seven simulation test package and that did help me in passing the PMP exam in first attempt.The quality of questions on simulation was good. The first one looked simpler but the subsequent ones were of good standard. It definitely helped in anticipating how the questions can be twisted in the actual exam and also helped in working on my weak areas. I would recommend this course to all PMP aspirants. Last but not the least, the cost at which they are offering it, is another factor why one should go for it.

I used their services in feb 2020, and it helped me pass the pmp exam. Also, i add a small issue with payment, and it was solved in 1 hour. So, yes, i recomend it.
