I had some old 20x28 frames that i’ve been hoarding. a friend convinced me to hang them and buy art to fill them. MBM made it so easy to pull together the new prints in the frames. They fit well and were shipped perfectly and are clean and the cuts are sharp. No overcuts or problems - precise. the online ordering was so easy i did it from my phone. the advice to increase the opening size was spot on. i made a mistake on my second mat and was easily able to correct it even after i’d submitted the order. i will buy here again!!

This is not my first order with Matboard and More. I like that I can order whatever size mat I need for my pictures and frames, and I get the opening cut to a specific size...and their prices are so affordable! The projects I have are for the house, very basic things, and Matboard and More does the job perfectly. They're awesome!

The mats were cut without any cut marks showing to the front. Packing was stellar as usual. Cutting/shipping/delivery time was reasonable. Appreciate that the more mats I order the cheaper they get, so if I need 20-30 mats for a print run they end up being very-very reasonable.
One very minor issue this time, one piece of plexiglass had about a two inch razor thin cut across it that made it unuseable.

I've ordered mats from this company several times and have never been disappointed. These mats are high quality and extremely cost friendly for custom pieces. The ones I ordered this time were to compliment two favorite frames; I ordered the mats and THEN looked for something to put in them! ;)

I was afraid that my order would not be what I wanted. Instead it was exactly what I was looking for. Highest quality! I appreciated that I got an email asking me to double check my measurements. I did. They were correct by I do make mistakes. Thank you so much!

I received my order and the mat didn't fit! I initially thought it was MapBoard's error. They reached out to me and I discovered it was actually my error, not theirs. But they very graciously offered to re-cut the mat and only charge me the shipping. I'm thrilled with both the mat itself, but even more impressed with their service. Thank you!

Received my custom frame, mat board, glass and hardware quickly and beautifully packaged. I was impressed with the quality of the materials and the fact that it took little time on my part to finish the framing of my art piece, as I have absolutely no experience in that, having relied in the past solely on already assembled standard frames or art pieces already framed. I love that they make the process so easy, while allowing the buyer so much flexibility in the design of framing. A great all-round transaction.

Ordered a double mat with frame. The double mat was cut perfectly. The frame however was loose in 2 of the corners. I advised the company and included pictures. They offered compensation or a new frame immediately. I am happy with their quick problem resolution and willingness to make it right.

Delivery was fast. Packing protective while not wasteful. All recyclable materials were used in packing. Mats were as expected. The "smooth white" is a true white, not too stark. The measurements were perfect! I will definitely shop again and highly recommend.

Excellent product. I had a collection of 8x10 prints but could only had room for 12x12 frames in the area I wanted to do a gallery wall. Loved that I could customize the mats to fit my need. The mats fit perfectly and look beautiful with my prints. Shipping was fast. Will definitely use this company again.

This is the second time I have used Matboard. The first time I ordered a custom double mat. This time I wanted a frame as well for a small engraving I bought. I designed the mat so that there was a large area of mat at the top and bottom surrounding the small picture. It came out just as I envisioned and I am very happy. So much more reasonable than going to a frame store.

Very good company to deal with. At first I was surprised at the high shipping costs, but when I saw how carefully and securely the mats were packaged, the charges didn't seem so bad at all.
Good quality. I hope I can get something like samples of the various mat types and materials, etc. that Matboard and More offer so deciding on which mat for which image won't be so questionable..

I am extremely happy with this company. I decided to use Matboard and More after finding the whole experience of choosing mats in stores with their decidedly industrial lighting very unsatisfactory. I'd rather use a 4" sample mat than a store sample large corner mat. I also like the choices available for backer boards and acrylic for my skinny antique and handcrafted frames. Thanks, Matboard and More!

Matboard is the best. I made a mistake when I ordered. I realized it two days after I confirmed that my order was correct. When I realized my mistake, I notified Matboards. Long story short, my order arrived exactly as I needed it.

I'm very happy with my order! The barn wood frame and matting looks great on my painting. The mat colors are accurate and matched just as shown when I loaded my picture to see. I have used another framing company online, and I think I'll be using Matboard and More from here out!

I needed a gift which was a custom size and I needed it in a hurry. I checked with several local frame shops and none could do it in time. I ordered from matboard and more and in a few days I had my order. It was perfect, and I was a hero. Highly recommend!

I ordered two mats to frame watercolors in frames I already own. I was very careful measuring for mats according to instructions on the website. They were cut perfectly. My only disappointment is that neither my computer monitor nor phone portrays accurate representation of the color. It would be nice to be able to request some sort of a color sheet.

Great option for do it yourself framing! I do a lot of cross-stitch and it gets expensive taking them in for professional framing. I ordered a custom cut mat / framed it myself and it looks perfect. Arrived well packaged and colors true to what you see in the screen. Will definitely order again!

Even with the detailed instructions on how to measure for the proper size opening in the matboard I ordered, I struggled a bit with the logic. Nevertheless, I seemed to get it right and the matboard is PERFECT! Without their instructions I don't think i twould have turned out so happily. I am totally pleased. It shipped promptly and great care and precision was evident even in the packaging. So, I get one star for LOGIC and to Matboard and More I give 5. They couldn't have been more helpful unless they came and measured the artwork themselves.
