Bought coilovers for my EK, the driver side shock starter leaking fluid after 200kms. Never got a reply regarding the manufacturer warranty.
Avoid these thieves at all costs and go with at least know cheap coil over manufactures such as FK, JOM, Ta Technix.

Then after purchase and after the item arrived I had a letter come through from customs saying they wanted a payment of an extra 30 pounds

Purchased some coilovers for my e46, seemed good in the add as they came with a 2 year warranty, the part was shipped quite quickly however they used yodel (which is another less than OK company) therefore had to wait for quite a bit and drive 30 miles in order to collect my parts, following collecting the coilovers found that one of them was damaged during shipping and contacted the company.... This was a few weeks ago and I still haven't recieved a response buy from someone else... I wish I had looked at the reviews before actually purchasing

I bought a front airstrut for my 2011 merc GL 350 from these guys via an ebay seller called coolautoclub, based in China. The product was a good price and arrived in good time. I had it fitted by a local indi mechanic and everything worked for a few weeks. However after a couple of months I started to hear a squeaking noise. It took some time and expense to narrow it down to a fault in the strut. I contacted coolautoclub, who, although advertising a 2 year warranty with the product (which they still do), refused honour the warranty and tried to sell me another one with a £10 discount!! I also contacted maxpeedingrods directly to ask them to honour the 'full 1 year warranty for any manufacture defect' that is on the literature they send with the part. To date they ave totally ignored my communication.

The parts this company makes are clearly inferior to original parts otherwise they wouldn't be so cheap. But the total lack of customer service and the blatent lies they propagate about the back up they provide means you should make sure you avoid buying anything from them. If they could stand by their products they would, but clearly they are so poor they cant afford to stand by them.

Bought a set of air springs for 300 euros, one of them didn't work and they refused to help, claims 2 year warranty which is a load of BS. AVOID

purchased spacers and had them fitted, when I had a tyre changed the mechanic informed me that ALL the apparently high quality bolts had lost their thread and were a fatal accident waiting to happen. The type of steel they claim they use is NOT what they actually use and lie in their advertising.

Bought a TD04 turbo for Saab to replace old Garret 17 turbo.
After turbo was fitted in place, I started car and lots of smoke was coming out from exhaust pipe. Car was running about 10 minutes and the smoke was stil thick. I took the downpipe off and the exhaustwing was half covered in coolant.
Now they wont do anything because the turbo was not original???
I put an used turbo in place and now everything is ok, so it's the new turbo what was the reason for smoking.
Bad customer service and no car aknowledge.

Horrible customer service, I purchased a air shock compressor Nov 2018 for a Mercedes and it stopped working before the warranty expired. These guys don't wanna honor it and straight out told me to pay them $120 for a replacement. I will never purchase from them again and I suggest you don't as well and spend money elsewhere

I have 1990 Nissan 300zx non-turbo. I dont race or beat on my car. I purchased a set of 24 way adjustable damper coilovers. They look nice in the box until you try to install them. I took my car into Nissan certified shop.. This is his comments: 1. Rears are 1/4+ inches wider on the bottom where the bolt up. He had to put them in pressurized vise to make them even and not crooked.
2. He put them on measured each one for the distance. Adjusted each one. Installed them. One of the has a gas leak in it. So no matter how it is adjusted it sinks down. So that a defect. 3. Went to put on both front ones. Same thing gas leaks out can even hear air.

I have messaged them 7 times now. Not one reply back. This costed me quite a bit of money for the time and shop price. That I need to spend again to have a different set of coilovers installed.

Do not even think about writing something below saying you dont have enough information on the problems. I have sent you over 20 pictures and even a personal note from the mechanic at the shop.

Also because of this problem I cannot use this car and I am very upset. Do the right thing and send me the exact set that is not damaged or defective. I'm contacting PayPal next for a refund. Bought a GT1749v turbo for my Audi A4 through Ebay,but when I came to fit it the exhaust housing had not been machined properly and the boost pipe would not fit, the turbo had two years guarantee but they didn't want to know and would only consider replacing it if I shelled out more money to them,got nowhere with EBay or Paypal, had to refit old turbo and wasted £160, absolute disgrace, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!!, Many thanks.

I purchased coilovers for my MX5 mk2.5 direct from the website, as stated they fit NA and NB platforms, nothing to say they don't fit NBFL models. Everything seemed to work really smoothly, but the shipping information on the website never updated for me so I just waited on the infromation from the delivery company instead. No biggie. The product arrived, and they looked fantastic for the price. I got the fully adjustable set, and as my stock shocks were on their way out, these were a perfect chance to lower the car, set it a bit stiffer and replace worn old parts in go.

These were simple to fit, all greased up with the good stuff to prevent any corrosion or seizing and went straight on. The first problem was that nut on the top mounts holding the damper shookl loose within 3 drives. I assumed it was my mistake for not checking them, so I added loc-tite and did them back up and the issue seemed ok. The second problem is the front could lower the car below the tire level, great if your after full stance...the rear however would stop lowering around 2 inches from the top of the rear tire, and not wanting to remove the preload from the spring to lower it more as it's not recommended from the company themself, I was really confused as to why I had two extremes here. Since then the rear left top mount seems to be rattling already, even after having everything rechecked mutliple times due to my concerns with the loose nuts originally. Clearly the pillowball top mounts aren't all that great, and after being completely ignored by customer service who clearly didn't want anything to do with my issues after taking my money i'm back to square one with suspension issues.

I contacted them direct through the webchat on their site, and the person was really helpful in asking my concerns and apologising, ending with a request for photos to be emailed to the customers support for more help.I went outside, took photos of the cars height and springs and sent them off. Within a day or two, I got a reply stating these were not designed to fit the mk2.5 or NBFL model of MX5. Really unhelpful knowing this now. I replied asking why this wasn't made apparent on the website, and they could help out by offering a damper with a shorter length to suit as these are clearly all mass produced in various sizes and fitments. No reply. I forwarded this email again to the customer support team asking them if they couldexplain the issue and again if they could help me find something more suitable to what I was after. Still no reply. I've not even bothered to contact them about the rattling rear topmount as they won't reply to me now anyway.

Your product is actually pretty good for the price, you have a nice market for poeple like me with outlays that don't allow for Meisters/HSD/Cusco style setups. Clearly there needs to be some kind of better pillowball design for the MX5 set, or maybe I just got a bad one, but your shocking customer service to me and the clear lack of care to the issues im having really ruined this experience for me. You have my money, I have the same issues as before but with a lower car. I would strongly recommend anyone getting something else first before trying these shocks. I dare say plenty of people have a good set of these with no issues, but for me I just wouldn't risk it.

They promise lots but when their starter only lasted one month they did everything they could to get out of a refund.
I would never deal with them again.

I purchased a turbo for 1994 7.3 power stroke but the one I received is the wrong one and I purchased this on August 19th 2019 I have sent several emails with no response.

Ordered a Throttle Body for an 04 VW Jetta TDI in mid December 2019 part failed in early January 2020. Been trying to contact seller Maxpeedingrods for 3 weeks and have yet to even get a response.

My son bought a set of lower control arms for his 96 Cherokee, wore out in a week.these people wont reply to any of our complaints. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Hi maxpeeding rods ,I brought a vf52 turbo from your EBay store and had it fitted , not even a 10 minute drive and I hear the fan hitting the housing .I don't want to put a bad review however I need this sorted

I recently ordered a Solex carburetor to UK for my Willy's CJ3B jeep.

They posted the part out to UK and I received it promptly within 10 days via DHL. Maxpeedingrods kept me updated via email.

Very pleased with their service and value for money. Same part was for over £100 in UK and I had it for £59 including postage.

I purchased a air strut for my Mercedes s class 4 Matic 2213205313.
The part causes a malfunction. Throws code 5130 5140 Mercedes star.
I purchased it from auto papa us from New Jersey on eBay.
It is a manufacturers defect and they’re refusing reimbursing because I’m over 30 days when there’s a 2 year guarantee .

I bought a door lock for audi a6 c6 4f2 2004-2011 front left passenger and does not fit I wrote with SALES from Alice that it does not fit because this door lock is on the driver's side and I told the description for this lock door does not match and he wrote back to me I bought a bad one, it was 4 days ago and I just did not say anything anymore I just sent 3 e-mails and no answer

Be careful purchasing anything from this company I've been waiting for over 3 months for a carburetor I purchased. They have lied over and over saying it's on its way and has been returned to them which it has never been shipped or even Delivered. They said they were gonna give me my money back and I still haven't received anything and now they won't return my emails. What rip offs these people are there thief be careful I've got my attorney involved.
