I had very good service from the time that I reported my accident and yes, I would buy from them again and recommend them to friends.

12 weeks for a minor bump repair, an event witnessed by a neighbour, is far too long.
Too many contact people involved.

I was not very happy at the start, because it took 5 days to get a replacement car and I had to do a lot of chasing to get it. Also a lot of the information about the incident was not recorded and so I had to repeat things on more than one occasion. The garage did a good job of the repair but missed a scuff on one of the alloy wheels which I saw straight away when I went to pick it up and when I did get it home I later found that they had not put the screen wash bottle back together.

I had a non accident claim as I did an emergency stop to avoid hitting a did. On breaking hard the bonnet safety device activated & caused over £2000 worth of damage as the bonnet was dented by the passive safety device. I rang Mazda insurance several times after a week the garage eventually got the ok to start the repair. 4 weeks later I got the car back but at my cost. £150 excess & my insurance will no doubt go up. An emergency stop at less than 20 miles an hour & not hitting anything makes me feel it is a design or car fault. I also was told as it wasn’t technically an accident I couldn’t get a curtesy car. The repair garage gave me one so I could get to work after losing 2 days because I live in a village & 25 miles from work. My reasons for being disappointed at the Mazda service

after accident I thought how difficult it will be to go through the process of repair, organising courtesy car, etc. But I`ve been looked after by Mazda Insurance team who`s organised everything on my behalf and kept me well informed. They`ve organised my car to be collected from my work place as well as delivery of courtesy car to the same address. Never though all this ,after accident, process could be that easy and hassle free.....

Excellent to start with, hire car was arranged within hours and for the first two and a half weeks I was regularly updated, but it fell apart a bit in the final week when I had to chase you for details, partly I suspect because the agent dealing with my claim was on holiday, but overall couldn't be faulted.

In spite of many requests from me to Mazda Insurance staff to ensure the correct paint is applied to my car following the body repair, and being assured by Mazda that their 'Mazda Approved' bodyshop knew what paintwork/colour was required, my car as been damaged by the bodyshop because of its failure to apply the correct paint! My car is a strict limited edition with a 'unique' paint colour and it has now (at this time) been seriously devalued. I strongly hope Mazda Insurance will ensure this damage is corrected and that there will be no way that this paintwork failure by Mazda Insurance will be detectable on my car once it has been corrected.

Other than my extreme disappointment re the above, I have found staff handling the above to be as helpful as they could be,

Very efficient and helpful.My Claims Handler Jaguar Greaves was extremely helpful with an excellent personable manner.

Once I contacted Mazda Insurance they took a proactive stance in dealing with all aspects of the claim and repair

Whilst the repair was Ok it took 4 weeks and could have been progressed by using a more local supplier and having the car assessed before having it taken in whilst parts were obtained.
Th claims handling staff were very helpful.
