One of the sales people stated that I couldn't have my deposit back - always pay on credit card as you are supported by the Consumer Credit Act 1974, which entitles you to have your money back if something is not fit for purpose or as described. This dishonest practices screams of a lack of honesty and integrity. The truth is who do you believe. A back alley car dealership or myself (who is a Chartered Electronics Engineer). You decide but you have been warned!

I took car from these people and they gave me 3 months guarantee or warranty after 3 days break wear warning showed up.I called them they said you need to buy new pads i paid 14k and after 3 days i have to pay for pads as well and they say we have done pre test. what a disappointment

the newer cars from these guys are fine, but the older ones, say 5+ years, don't suggest buying or if you do, get an independent technician to check them beforehand. reason being they are usually in house bare minimum fix applied to cover any warning lights and need A LOT of work doing once you take to a garage. whilst you expect the odd niggle buying an older car, the amount of work required on the older cars from these guys is actually hidden and not disclosed... so it's a case of buyer beware. so on the whole ok sellers, but i think the tactics are a little hand and less savvy buyers maybe conned. also, please note they provide no warranty on anything on any car older than 2 years aside from a little scribble on the sales receipt stating engine+gearbox which if you try to claim under (i've tried) they refuse to. finally, providing a service, checkup or even fluids prior to sale of any car also not provided. clean and professional premises and a good range of cars though. to summarise, ok for 1-2 year old cars, anything older, be very careful.
