The first day I walked into the shop looking for a bit of help, feeling confused and overwhelmed with the amount of information and slang terms used in vaping I found it.

I could see that I was being listened to, and they must have assessed my knowledge wasn't the best so they broke it down for me.
Going through options and making the 100's of devices into just a few categories that I could understand.

In short; I have quit smoking for nearly 6 months and have told all of my friends to go there.

Such a shame, this was such a good place to buy liquids, great value for money with their multi buy deals, quick delivery, good selection of flavours, but as someone else has also stated, for well over 6 months now most of the flavours are out of stock. All the flavours I enjoy have now been sold out for 2 months; all of them.

I enquired about this many months ago and was told they were running down the 100ml bottles and would just be selling 60ml bottles from then on. This I can understand, but how long have customers got to wait to get the flavours they like? A year? 2 Years?

They should start selling them in 60ml bottles and put the 100ml bottles permanently on offer (as they kind of are anyway / VIP Deal) and please please, please, remove the items that are out of stock or at least make it clear that they are out of stock on the product list pages. You are driving your visitors/customers away.

I now buy my juice elsewhere.

Order four different tobacco flavours. It smelt and tasted like olive oil.

Disgusting taste just put me off vaping

Ordered 5 x 100ml juices for a great price to be fair. But all five flavours are of a very poor quality. They seem to lack flavour and certain ones have a bad aftertaste.

I’ve purchased regularly from Medusa for about a year now, flavours are excellent, and my coils last much longer, -local company too! -I’m a loyal customer!

Tried multiple juices from Medusa and haven't had a bad one yet, only issue is I cannot make my mind up to which one is the best. Highly recommend to anyone looking for good quality juices at a good price.

I bought from this company about 2 years ago and it was awful. I decided to try them again and still bloody awful! Time to change career chaps.
