My boyfriend needed a media converter, it was 3 days before his birthday and I decided to buy him this thing. The only problem was that I'm not really into all that electronic stuff. So I called my brother (thanks, Matt)) and he gave me a link to this website, I made an order, waited 2 days and yeah, the birthday present arrived! PS the birthday boy really liked the converter, he said it was exactly what he needed!

First time user, Paypal website automatically changed our shipping address. Had to call and cancel the order, because they can't update. Vikki, didn't sound confident in cancelling our order or whether or not our card would be billed twice.

Not a single problem so far, great service. I ordered from Mega Depot a few times. I bought a printer, cartridges, a heater and a few hand tools and a lot of other stuff, all my orders arrived in time without any issues. Last time a ordered a few brooms and brushes for our office and I got my order the next day after I placed an order, I think that's how modern shops should work, fast and smooth, I like this store and can recommend it to everyone.

a) you can always rely on this store, no matter what, and yes, I know that some customers may have some issues but as far as I’m concerned- everything is good, no problems with any of my orders so far
b) low prices - it’s like their philosophy, I always save money (sometimes a lot, sometimes, not so much), once I read about their special offer and got a present, a free gift! It was very nice and useful too
c) user-friendly website, you see I’m not a teenager and definitely not that tech-savvy, but Megadepot’s website is pretty easy to navigate

I work 24/7 and don’t have much time for shopping. This store saves my life! The service deserves 5 stars, I like the website, everything is clear, the prices are reasonable and fair, the choice of products big (I sometimes can’t choose the thing I need). And what I like the most about Mega is that they deliver my orders fast and in time, haven’t experienced any issues or delays. It’s a good shop for people who prefer online shopping and expect excellent service.

I got my package today, really waited for it. What can I say? thanks for such a GREAT service! Everything is alright, my power drill is in an excellent condition, however the corner of the box is a bit damaged, but it’s OK. The drill is working, it’s powerful and the handle is comfortable (which is important as my old drill’s handle was a nightmare, couldn’t hold it for a long time) I’m happy with my purchase!

I ordered a specific battery and confirmed it by phone with their customer service agent with the exact part number that was on the battery needed. They confirmed the part and shipped it which arrived very late.
Upon opening the box I noticed right away it was the incorrect part. I proceeded to speak to their customer service rep and she said it was my fault even after explaining to her that their agents had confirmed the number and descriptions. They would not refund me the money spent so I lost $36.00 for restocking fee and double shipping. Very poor service after the fact and will advise anyone to not shop here no matter how good it might seem. If I had the extra time to do so, I would hire counsel to put a thorn in their side for the unprofessional way they handled this. I am out of pocket over $60.00 with shipping.

Last week I ordered a barcode scanner. Actually, I wasn’t looking for a particular model, but read a few reviews and purchased exactly what I needed. I don’t need a thousand modern features, just a reliable device that does its job,I also didn’t want to overpay for the scanner and chose a good (I hope) but reasonably priced device. I received my order in time, no delays.

I received my order from Megadepot a few days ago, I had doubts about the delivery because of low prices. The order was delivered on time and I'll be ordering here again. My Milwaukee temp probe and PH electrode were delivered as I expected and without defects. I will advise this store to my friends and colleagues because everyone should be saving that much.

Just got my purchase, they work really fast, I placed an order 2 days ago and now my eagerly awaited air filtration system is here. I spent good few days sitting in front of my laptop and browsing for hours. I wanted a perfect device. Now that I have it I can say that I’m a satisfied customer. Everything is in excellent condition (both the package and the device), I had some issues with installation, but now everything’s ok. the system is working properly, no problems. I’ll certainly shop here again.

I ordered a couple of batteries based on the exact model numbers. After entering the model number into their search engine it pulled up the battery I needed based on the pictures and description. When the parts arrived, they were not even close to what I ordered and what was shown on their website. I immediately requested a refund and the person handling this told me that I ordered the wrong part and would refund me less 20% re stocking fee. I was outraged! I proceeded to call them and got a huge run around and then they barraged me with emails wanting to sell me the alleged "correct parts". Buyer beware!!! DO NOT SHOP AT THIS SITE!!!

It's been 4 days since placing an order. Still no order status. Tried to call, phone is disconnected as soon as customer service option is selected. I will probably be canceling the order if I can't get a response within 24 hours.
