Clean pure drinking water, however the length of time to make it is 5hrs, a downside hence the 4 stars.

Had a little mix up with order rang customer services they sorted it straight away with next day signed delivery couldnt be any happier i would defo buy again and 5 stars from me

Well, 6 months down the line, I am even happier than I was last year when I bought it. It is ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!

If you didn't see the filthy remains, solids, left from the polluted tap water that you, with your own eyes had put in, you'd think someone had put it in, mid process. But, no, they didn't. The filth is there EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU USE THE DISTILLER!!!

Just think of all that filth, muck, chemical and goodness knows what, that you'd be putting in your system, EVERY TIME you took a drink of water, or made a hot drink!!

Please do yourself and anyone else who lives with you, a great big favour and buy one. You will not regret it.

I have been dealing with Megahome Water Distillers UK for four years the service I receive is excellent,
nothing is to much trouble for Becki. I'm so surprised how long it has lasted as I use it day and night, I have just passed my old distiller onto my son as I have just purchased a 316 Deluxe Water Distiller. I have recommended this company to many of my friends and family who are interested in drinking pure water. I highly recommend this company to any one who is interested in drinking distilled water,the staff are very friendly, helpful and the product is excellent value for money.

Really pleased with my distiller so far, using it twice every day, I don't run it 'dry' and I leave a small amount of water in the bottom of the distiller which looks quite disgusting, can't believe I ever drank that stuff, only had it a week so a review after a longer period would be more beneficial. Also first one I've ever used so can't give a comparison. The delivery company used leave a lot to be desired, as I wasn't in they had left it down my side alley, but to get it there it would have to been literally thrown over an 8ft gate, hmmmm! I took a photo of where it was and the gate, but luckily there was no damage

We have had our first Megahome distiller for six years (and counting!) producing 4 litres of pure water a day and another 4 litres overnight on half-price Economy 7 Electric. A second distiller was delivered last week so that both can be run from the spare power generated from our Solar PV panels. Since they only use water that has been distilled neither the coffee machine nor kettle ever has to be descaled and are like the day they were bought and alway will be.
Normally (unless allowed to boil dry) a kettle only becomes coated with scale deposits from the small amount of water that is boiled away, the rest goes into your cup and you drink it with your tea and coffee. Only when you boil away all the water in a distiller do you discover what you have been drinking all these years! In addition to the limescale that needs to be removed at intervals depending on the local hardness of the water a disturbing amount of fine (and sometimes, in late Summer, rather smelly!) silt remains to be washed away after each run. Extraction from the local river, filtration and purification must pose more problems when levels are low and the current sluggish. The water authorities assure us that the various measures (eg chlorination and UV sterilisation) are adequate to ensure what comes through the tap is safe to drink.
However, what is 'safe' to drink and what, in my opinion, is 'nice' to drink can be two very different things and I would hate to go back to undistllled tap water! Even expensive bottled water cannot necessarily be trusted... remember what happened to Perrier in 1992?
My arteries may have appreciated the reduction in ingested limescale for the past six years, but in case removing all the dissolved minerals and trace elements from the drinking water is less than ideal I am considering giving very small additions of the the 'Formula 56' supplement a go.

I recently purchased four of the Megahome distillers, one for myself and three for friends as we'd researched extensively and found Megahome to be the best! They were out of stock at the time, no doubt due to their popularity but once the stock arrived I received them promptly!
Since installing them my friends and myself have been comparing notes and we're all extremely happy and already can't imagine being without them.
Without doubt one of the best health decisions we've ever made!

One star short only because I ordered a different colour, but few days later had a call to say it is out of stock so opted in for the one you had.
However, forget about the colour, the distiler is easy to use and I run it a couple of times a day. You can really see all the disgusting residue left at the bottom of the tank, smelling like a strongly chlorinated swimming pool! Shocking to think we actually consume it daily..
Overall I am really happy with my distiler.
Would highlt recommend it to anyone who is interested in investing in their wellbeing and health.
It is a must have!

I purchased a mega home distiller in November 2019. I am very happy with the product. It arrived promptly and was easy to assemble. It fits snuggly on my kitchen surface (it reminds me of a little darlek) ho ho. It has proven to be very efficient and the resulting distilled water tastes delicious with the added minerals that I bought from the same company. It is easy to clean, which I do monthly as required. I would highly recommended this product and is excellent value.
