Made 1 order & sent me 2, then a week later sent me a further 2 orders unrequested. This was returned but delivered a 2nd time 10 days later while we were on holiday. Angry is an understatement!! Will never use this company again & hope they stop sending me unordered items & taking money from our bank account

I recently purchased some SkinDoctors products from the Live Better with Menopause website. I have not as yet tried the products, but I was greatly impressed with the speed of delivery. In addition, inside the package was included a 'freebie' gift of some postcards with inspirational messages, which were delightful and a lovely thought!

I ordered and paid for my item over two weeks ago and I still haven’t received it. Admittedly it is the courier at fault but I think you should consider which courier you use. I will not be ordering from websites if I know they use Hermes.

I ordered an item with this company on the 23rd March, to date still waiting despite receiving emails saying they had tried a second carrier. It's now 2nd April, this is a small item, keep emailing company and tried calling them twice today but nobody answer. If you can order your products elsewhere. I know Covid19 is slowing things down but this is ridiculous. I have asked for a full refund not had a response!
