I put in a phone order was I needed a specific card so need to speak someone in person to put it with the gift I ordered...the lady I dealt with helped me greatly and went through all the cards she had reading them to me.. she gift gift wrapped for me also.. I was so pleased with her help and she made the experience one I'll remember...the recipient of the gift is very very happy also..thanks

This is an easy recommendation, bought three duvets online and they were at my door two days later. Fabulously priced too! Gorgeous product delivered swiftly. I’ll definitely be back for more.

V late delivery and when chairs and table did arrive, the table was not the one i ordered. I have heard nothing since it was taken back on the day it was delivered. Still waiting for an update.

I bought 10 dining chairs in the web store during the Cyber Monday sale. 8 out of 10 chairs were delivered as promised.
However the missing 2 weren't. The company did make no effort to contact me regarding this. Instead, I had to send multiple emails and phone calls to get help.
Whenever I used the phone help line that was listed online for the stores, I was referred to a different department, that would deal with the web store sales (but only had an answering machine).

Ultimately, in the new year one of the in-store people arranged a call-back with me to rectify this situation, and the 2 chairs were then finally delivered as promised.

On the bright side, the delivery team was very helpful and nice to chat to on both occasions.

Easy online purchase, phone call to give advance warning of delivery one day before, easy to assemble. Very happy with the customer service and the bed!

Service good, ordered 3 dinner sets and arrived by post within 5 working days. However in one box one plate was broken. I phoned and the girls were very helpful. They phoned back to explain they would have to check stock to see if they have same dinner set still in stock and would post me up a replacement plate. They said they would email me straight away so I would have a reference to contact. I didn't receive the email and few days later I decided to email. Got a reply to say Denby Intro Taupe was out of stock at the moment and they would contact me when it's back in. That's a good few weeks ago and I haven't heard anything since then. Maybe an email to update would be helpful and I feel I've been forgotten about. I know its only one plate broken but still I would like it replaced. Just think I should be contacted to keep me updated on it.

I dealt with a lady called Darragh and she was so helpful in getting me exactly what i wanted. Also the delivery service Andreas right on tinge and the two delivery men were very nice .

I bought a duvet recently from meubles. The delivery was so quick (almost next day) and communication was made by email or text to let me know it was on its way. The duvet is of a high quality and was well priced compared to other shops. There was a hitch when it arrived in that a slightly different product than I requested was sent but meubles rectified this immediately and ensured I incurred no costs in putting it right. I would definitely purchase from meubles again.

Delivery guys were great, mattress was great the only small complaint I would have was trying to get informed of the delivery date and time and the guy in the shop not bothering to ring back as he said he would to let me know

Excellent product, only issue but not a problem that on the website it said if you order by midday you should have it the following day, but that didn't happen. so overall the product, ease of buying were excellent.
