Poor quality and customer service.
I bought a pair of Mifo 07 ear buds. The R one did not connect to my phone. Emailed Mifo, obviously a common problem as I received a ‘personalized’ email quickly in return. It suggested various fixes including pairing to a different phone. No success. Attempts at getting a refund have been met with total silence. Please note that any refund is only 80% of the price paid. The hinge on the case is flimsy and I am sure won’t last long. Do not deal with Mifo.

I spent £99 on headphones plus extra ear pieces. I didn’t like the sound or the way they felt so returned them. I was only returned £79 due to their returns policy. If there is nothing wrong with them they take a percentage off to return stock the items. Yes, they take a percentage off because they have to re coup the money they spend on research. Absolute joke

Bought earbuds from Mifo UK and they shipped through Hermes, which delivered to a wrong unrecognised door/address.
All I can say is that I have payed the item in full and did not receive it. I have opened a case with their support team and they replied to my first email saying "Ask for it to your neighbours or ask to your local postoffice". I have replied back reiterating that I already have asked my neighbours despite the unrecognised door to where they have allegedly delivered. I also explained that they have hired Hermes courier and not postoffice. After that, no more replies from them. I honestly don't recommend that you buy from them because they don't look after their customers. Really poor service, maybe that is why that they try to phish purchases with inviting promo values, don't fall for it.

They seem to make their money pocketing the 20% they try to hold onto when you return their junk products. I bought O7 earbuds, the sound quality was atrocious so returned same day. Thankfully I'd paid via PayPal and got the 20% back via a dispute. NB anyone paying with a credit card can contact the bank to do the same.
They are not registered with Companies House as Mifo and Endive Ltd seems to be unrelated despite paypal payments going to the US company by that name. They also hide behind a shipping company in Bristol who handle shipping and returns. There is no trace of them in Barnet, trading standards are currently investigating.

Make the return process very difficult but do not give up. This is the address to send anything to:

Also email customer services or "support" a scan of your mailing receipt. Advise you send by special delivery. Include your details and what you purchased and when.

Speak as you find, I say. To be honest after I read the reviews on here I panicked massively and even tried to cancel my order. But it had already dispatched. The buds arrived within 48 hours as promised, and so far they have been faultless. That's not to say this may change if they break, but in terms of sound, fit in the ear and the service in general I've had no issue

I ordered a pair of Mifo 05 bluetooth earbuds on 30/4/21 and as they wouldn't stay in my ears I wanted to return them BUT after many emails requesting an address in UK without ANY response I sent them to Barnet, Hertfordshire - the address on their website. I paid £7.56 for recorded delivery. They arrived back at my house within days - not there. Please can anyone help!!!

Decent product but very poor customer service. Have two sets of earbuds, both have only one earbud working, contacted MIFO and after an exchange of ten emails, some giving exactly the same suggestions to try and fix, they eventually say nothing they can do as the product is out of the 12 month Warranty - purchased Feb 2020. They knew this from the start, why lead me up the garden path...... Very frustrating.

Had an email over three weeks ago saying that my earbuds had been shipped. Tracking gives no information. Multiple e-mails to them with stupid and inappropriate automatic replies. No means of making real contact with them.

Ordered and paid for a Bluetooth speaker told 3-5 days shipping, 2 weeks later still not here and blanking all my emails had 1 reply about a week ago saying said item was out of stock (website said in stock) asking if I'd like to change to another colour which I did even though I ordered the one I did as that's the one I wanted??? Another week passes and blanking every email and form of contact but still have my money and I still have no item!!!!! Stay well clear worst customer service ever

Really poor customer service, I had a faulty one snd it took ages to replace then recently I lost one and no help in suggesting a reduced rate to buy another just a standard unhelpful response about warranty
Will not buy again or recommend

If I could give less than one star, I would.

Ordered a replacement earbud after I lost one of mine in October 20, and was told that the item would be delayed due to the fact that ‘single replacement earbuds are currently back-ordered’. Fine, but after following up numerous times over a ten month period and consistently being told the same thing, I got the slight impression that a company that produces and sells earphones were not in fact ‘back ordered’ with earphone sales that badly, but just didn’t want to fulfil this order. I eventually caved and asked for a refund, which I did at least get from them.

Shame, because the earphones weren’t bad, but the unwillingness to send a replacement earphone was pretty staggering.

Oh how I wish I had read the Trustpilot reviews rather than the suggested reviews on their website which makes it look like that have nearly 5 stars, but with no actual link to where they are from. These earbuds definitely DO NOT stay in your ear as suggested, in fact they fall out with ease. I have tried every ear tip fitting supplied along with the additionally purchased memory foam tip, but none made any difference. Also you do not experience the true reported sound quality unless you press the earbuds into your ears with your fingers, something that is somewhat impractible. Also it is not easy to switch devices your wish to connect to between a phone and laptop. You have to remove the device bluetooth connection completely and re-connect to the other, again not practicle at all. The customer service is somewhat slow and poor also and I do not believe their is any representation in the UK because of this as suggested on the website. I decided to go for these instead of the Apple Airpods Pro due to the much better pricing, but now I am much more out of pocket as have had to purchase the Pro's now to replace these. My advice, there's a reason why they are cheaper as there is no contest

Mifoo5 gen 2 are awesome to be fair but their returns process charges 20percent of sell price and is gruesome .Their customer service is probably run by demonic spirits and is inflexible .They don’t have a returns address on their website..here it is Mifo UK Returns

Possibly the worst ear-buds on the market, accompanied by the worst customer service ever.
Initially this pair wouldn't charge correctly, after much fobbing off by customer services I was sent a list of things to try, a list that you might expect with pound shop ear-buds.

I've persisted with them for a few months a they have been intermittent at best.

Have asked several times for a refund I line with their returns policy, they have not replied.

It is very alarming that there are so many negative reviews relating to Mifo products.
I purchased a pair of Mifo 07 at a cost of £165 last year & they stopped working after 6 months.
I purchased directly off Mifo & requested to send them back.
Their customer service is extremely poor & they actively employ delay tactics so your warranty will run out & they won’t have to refund/replace your faulty device.
They should be ashamed of themselves for selling inferior products at high prices & providing no support whatsoever.
I would never purchase a Mifo product again & I would recommend everyone to stay well clear of their products.
You will catch a consumer once but never a second time.
Shame on you Mifo.

I purchased the 05 plus EarPods from MIFO and they stopped working after a few weeks: they were difficult to work at the beginning and then they would not connect at all to my bluetooth device. I sent them back to MIFO for a replacement but they didn't arrive due to the fault of royal mail, but MIFO would not send a replacement or compensate, so now I have lost £90. Wouldn't recommend buying products from MIFO, untrustworthy quality and bad customer service.

Ordered a black Sonitrek Go XL Smart Bluetooth 5 speaker on the 14th May 2021. It was showing as in stock with 2 working days delivery. I chased them a couple of weeks later only to be advised they were on back order - but I could have another colour if I wanted. I politely declined. Chased again and they are still not in stock with no end date is in sight. I've asked for a full refund. They simply cannot fulfil orders. Strangely enough - for claiming to have a UK presence, all correspondence from them is generated through the night - around 2am. My suggestion is - go elsewhere and don't waste your time as they don't have this particular item stock. Now I'm off to contact my Credit Card company
