Terrible customer service, item was delayed for no reason and without explanation and then to top it off the incompetent store sent item to the wrong address.

ATTENTION FRAUD!!!!

This company is dubious! I ordered boots that were sent to me from Italy. Without labels!!!!!
I only tried them on at home and sent them back because they are too tight for me. The retailer claims I wore them and I now - after it was checked by so called Dispute Center - have to keep the boots. ANYONE could have worn these boots in the shop in Italy. MIINTO gives no assurances. Do not buy here under any circumstances.
I will consider legal action.

Undvik. Deras merchant schabblade bort att paketera en klänning ordentligt och skicka med returetikett. Kundtjänsten på Miinto lovade tre gånger (en över mail och två över telefon) att fixa mitt returärende. Slutade med att de skickade paketet fram och tillbaka två gånger då paketet blivit regnskadat och merchanten vägrade ta emot det, DHL ringde mig och undrade vad som skulle göras, varpå Miinto lovade att sköta ärendet. Efter ett mail om att de ska utreda situationen bestämde de sig för att bara ignorera mig. Har nu gått över en månad och två mail till dem men inget svar. Pengarna och paketet behöll de naturligtvis.

My worst online shopping experience so far.
I have not yet come across such a glaring lack of professionalism and no sense of responsibility, and I have been shopping on various platforms with luxury clothing for years now.

Two weeks ago I ordered a designer bag from SHOWROOM.PL (which is part of MIINTO Group) in a great price with an additional 25% discount. After a week of waiting and ensuring me that the package would reach me soon, I received information about the cancellation of my order due to the fact that the boutique had miscalculated the stock levels. As compensation, I got another discount code for -25% (which is no compensation, especially since it is a standard discount that appears regularly on their website).

To my surprise, it turned out that the bag is still available on the website under the same link, only at THREE TIMES HIGHER PRICE. The same product was also available under SEVEN OTHER LINKS, which I sent to customer service by e-mail at the consultant's request.

After I asked if the store should act professionally and sell me the bag at the price I originally paid, I heard that they would redirect my case to the MIINTO headquarters. After two days, I got an apology from them with a code for -20% (which I obviously did not accept). Even threatening with the Consumer Ombudsman did not work.

After this e-mail, the contact with the store (and the whole MIINTO Group) was cut off. Today I made a phone call to the store's customer service, where I heard that they can offer me nothing more than a discount they previously informed me about. Anyone expecting a Farfetch, Selfridges or Matches shopping experience will be disappointed. Don't be fooled by their big discounts. You will not see your ordered product in the end.

Ordered two Mini a Ture jackets, first one came different model than ordered, second one came incorrect colour. Not pleased at all.

I made an order on the 7th July for a jacket . The jacket has never been delivered and only false tracking information was provided . I have paid in full for this item and the money has not been refunded . The company does not reply to my mails . It is the worst customer service I have ever experienced .

My order could not be delivered (because it was out of stock, I guess this should have been clearer before it was available to order in the first place), then I received a discount code for 25% for my next purchase, which did not work, then I received a 10% discount code which worked...

What can be better than sitting home and shopping from entire Norway in one app/ site
