Ordered for the first time, not noting the generally bad reviews. Ordered a tailor made wedding dress, which when eventually arrived was such a bad fit. That I had to get a local tailor to alter it substantially. Other items I ordered are throughout not fit for purpose, wrong size ( too small) or wrong colour yellow tinged instead of white prof dich bad material it's not wearable without getting a rash. . Never again.

Ordered high heels which were the right size, (sole) length wise, but the rest of the shoe - height of the part covering the toes and ankle etc - were soooo off, as if they made the shoe only in one size, and just shortened it, for smaller sizes. My foot would lift up by 1-1,5 cms every time I wanted to take a step, so walking was impossible. I felt like a little girl walking around in mama's shoes!! The design was great and I couldn't find an equivalent anywhere else, so I took my chances, but it costed me 20-30 bucks to send the shoes back, and get less than a full refund. Milanoo .... never again!

Order No.:en_mi_191129193949_980 I have paid £235.41 for this order that purely contained jackets and coats. During payment process, Milanoo would first tick extra insurance cost of £7.14 against your will and then add it to your total payment. Unless you untick that box, the payment will be taken from your account, and it might take ages to get the insurance money back to your account. In addition, the coats I received were nothing like the photos shown on their website and were made from extremely cheap-looking materials. Also, the sleeves for one coat was 3/4 when in their website, it is full sleeves of up to 62 cm. I requested a return for several items and this was their reply: ''If you really want to return the clothes, you might need to pay expensive shipping and we can only refund you 85% of the products. You might not get too much refund. Please think twice before you make the decision. Thank you for your time and patient.'' What a disgusting advice is this? Even though its their error, they refuse to give me full refund Unbelievable. STAY AWAY from this site, their business is based on a pure robbery. Finally, I can not stop receiving their emails, no matter what I do. I unticked each and every single box to do with their emailing, but they keep sending me thousands of their fake promotions every day. I am just tired of this $#*!.

A friend of mine bought a lolita dress for me from them. The dress came without a shirt so I tried to order one from them. The site says "tailor made" so I entered my measurements. They said I was to fat and they didn't offer my size. Um what? Tailor made means you SEW it to MY SIZE!!! All the good reviews on this site are either professional photos or look photoshopped. Avoid at all costs.

Don't purchase anything from this company. I am so upset. On March 7th I ordered two items and it's now April 27th and I still haven't received them. The owner who I spoke with just kept telling me to be patient. Now I have no costume and I had a big event for May 1st. I do NOT recommend.

Awful company! After waiting several weeks for my item to even be shipped, they sent the wrong thing. I submitted photographic evidence and they said I had to return it to get a refund which would have costed more than the item's cost. My advice is not to do business with these crooks. Previously, I made a review of that Milanoo was too fishy by asking me to send them a copy of debit card (although security number may covered) and ID card before shipping my order (which I did not do it and the shipping I believe then had not started) - and I suggest people to just go to other shopping online that does not required you to do that. To make a fair review, I have to tell you that I just received a full refund. I noted that the refund put in my bank account around a month after the order payment. They sent me email and tried to call me a few times, which went unnoticed during my busy time. I was too sad and already let it go because I thought I was scammed. I am grateful and learn my lesson to be wiser in shopping online. Hope they find a way out and seriously improved their policy, in light their intention to prevent fraud but without sounds so fraud-y themselves.

just order a black witch costume,total cost $28.99, i am so excited that i get a free shipping, and fully expecting for costume that i will wear in my friend's birthday. when item comes it really makes me disappointed. Style and quality just not the same with model.

I bought a coat for my daughter. It arrived and was nothing like the picture. The picture showed a glossy finish, the coat was Matt. The coat was also very small and not as per the size guide. I contacted Milano and they insisted I return the item first class signed for which cost me £17.80!! They then did not refund either postage which they should have done as the product was not as described. I've lost £32 in postage and nothing to show for it. I complained and they did nothing. If I had known I wasn't getting the postage refunded, I would never have sent it back. Disgusting! Do not buy from them!!!

I ordered a dress that was of terrible quality and extremely ill fitting. I started the return process and was told I would only get 85% returned. Fine, I expected that for "restocking fees." Then I'm told I need to pay the return shipping, which will be at least $10. Or I can keep the piece of crap and get $5. Nowhere in the conditions did it say we would be screwed if we tried to return something. Does this sound like customer service you would want? I have had so much better experience with sites like shein.

I ordered shoes and a wedding dress at separate times. Both took about three weeks to arrive. I was panicky because my account showed no orders after I paid. I emailed several times but was ultimately satisfied when the packages arrived. If you plan ahead and allow enough time, the quality is good. I can't speak about all products since I've only ordered two items.

Placed an order for a pair of shoes - paid and never heard from them again. Regardless of my numerous emails, I received no response, no remedy, no shoes!!! You may as well throw your money out the window. Or better still, donate to a charity.

I ordered a black hat from this company on 26/06 which I needed for a funeral tomorrow. The website stated between 7/10 delivery and \i have not received the hat for my mother's funeral tomorrow. I've tried calling them on the phone which either just rings and cuts out or just cuts out immediately. I'm totally appalled as it looks like I wont even get a refund. I had checked out the negative reviews but I thought they cant be that bad but unfortunately they are. WATCH OUT Britain before ordering anything from this company.

Ordered a sweater for an 8 year old. Didnt hear any update for weeks so approached them. Items was out of stock and they could send a larger size. Declined that. Customer service was very blunt, direct and rude. All they were interested in if the payment was received. I asked for a estimated time frame but got a blunt reply on that. All in all it took 2 1/2 months from ordering to receiving. The item turned out to be a grown man size. The kid completely disappeared wearing the thing. DON'T use this web shop!! I had a terrible experience. Will never use this one again.

I ordered two pairs of shoes which took forever to arrive and though they were nice, their sizing was off, I ordered a 7.5 which is a 38 European dance shows and a 8 /39 European sneakers. Both were too small even though I ordered half a size up! I initiated return through the app and they say they have 15% RESTOCKING fee and buyer pays shipping back TO CHINA! That would cost more than the shoe!!! Do yourself a favor, avoid at all costs if you are buying shoes or things that have to fit right as their sizes are off!!!!

TERRIBLE QUALITY, size is not fitting, I decided return 50% of my order ( I ordered a lot) they said they can't pay me back full price only 85% and I have to pay for my shipping AND they will charge me for shipping it to me in the first place! wow terrible , you think you will have business in USA ?! I ordered 2 things from Milanoo, and was sent a color that wasn't even on the site as an option. I also ordered accessories, It didn't take long for my items to come, but I paid for fast shipping, and it wasn't fast. I haven't ordered anything else as of yet, but by the reviews, I am kind of scared. The dress I ordered wasn't of cheap quality, and it fits perfect.

Everything about this dress was better than expected even with the positive reviews. The dress arrived before I expected, which was fortunate for me. It fit nicely, was high quality in terms of fabric and was well received by family, friends and most importantly my partner (now husband)!

The size chart doesn't work; i used it and the dress came too big. It took three months to receive the dress. It looks like the picture but very thin material. The skirt is see through. I will not wear that. Don't waste your money there.

My first time ordering form Milanoo, I purchased 3 items - two summer dresses and a bathing suit. The order was processed and shipped on time; I received my package within a month of ordering (shipping from China to east coast United States), so very good timing! I was extremely satisfied with my bathing suit. It was true to the description and fit perfectly! The two dresses were alright. One is a little see-through and the other was not very true to the photo description. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and will buy again from Milanoo!
