Ordered Riva 1920 Mountains Bench, Euro $3400, Euro $1000 shipping and $980 customs cost. 5 month delivery time. Wrong item delivered. Milia Shop offered $350 credit for us to keep wrong item. We declined and asked for return and credit and they will not respond despite repeated e-mails.

Excellent service, Marco was incredibly helpful. Particularly difficult during lockdown but still managed to send me samples of leather colours. Let in touch regularly so I knew what was happening with my order. Delighted with our furniture

I ordered a storage unit and I am very pleased with it and the discussions with Miliashop. I have to add the great personal service from Stefano and his team. Communication excellent and any issues dealt with promptly and effectively. I highly recommend Miliashop and would not hesitate to purchase from them again!

Unzuverlässiges und unehrliches Unternehmen, sieht nach Betrug aus. Hier werden Waren angeboten, die offenbar nicht lieferbar sind.
Der Kunde wird mit relativ kurzen Lieferzeiten gegenüber anderen Läden getäuscht.
Ich habe am 20.11. eine Bestellung für eine Lampe aufgegeben (angegebene Lieferzeit: 5 Wochen). Nach 12 Wochen Wartezeit ohne irgendeine Status-Email habe ich den Vertrag widerrufen. Der Verkäufer weigert sich, den Widerruf anzunehmen und behauptet, die Ware sei extra für mich angefertigt worden, was natürlich Unfug ist: Die Lampe lässt sich genau so in unzähligen Onlineshops im Internet bestellen. Der Verkäufer weigert sich, den Kaufbetrag zurückzuerstatten.
Also Vorsicht, diesen Shop besser meiden.

We ordered an expensive lamp more than 1250 euro and had a tax problem with Miliashop for almost 3 month. As a business customer,We purchase items worldwide, sellers from Germany& France& UK all give tax back except Milia. After I wrote a bad review on google, Milia respond very fast. I have already removed the bad review, and updated a new review with a rating of 3 star, Milia still harass us. This is the last waring, please do not contact us.

We ordered as private people two large luxerious articles in mid of January with shippment to Germany. The correspondence was very quickly and nice. We received our products two weeks before the first estimated delivery day so that we could complete our bath improvment on time as we ordered really late. The articles we bought are gordious. We love them! Very professional online shop. We recommend it anytime.

I have ordered many items from Miliashop over the past 5 years and we live in Australia and not once have we received either poor service or damaged goods, in fact quite the opposite, items are so over-wrapped that its a pain to remove all the layers. I deal with Stefano and he has assisted by recommending items / colours/ suppliers to suit both our business and home requirements. When I read some of the negative reviews, I wonder if its the same company?

I have placed 3 orders with Miliashop to be delivered to the UK and would highly recommend this company. I received the quotations quickly and the customer service was excellent.

Damaged table and miliashop keep lying to replace it.... I am with a paid broken table since October....now is June... 9 month later..... They have super bad response on email.

Be noted I bought insurance... Probably that means I was insured to receive lousy treatment.

Buy elsewhere... You won't regret.
