Millbry Hill

My second order from Millbry Hill was just as easy to order and as speedily dispatched as my first. The items I ordered were very well packed and parcelled up to avoid any potential for 'delivery damage'. All good!

Parcel arrived 5 days late. I complained when it hadn't arrived 4 days after the original postage date, and just asked for a refund as we no longer needed the package (we went elsewhere as it took so long to get here). The customer care people denied that the original date was the case, butbwhen I sent proof of the original date they stopped replying. Pretty poor show.

My dog can only eat Wet CHAPPIE as he has a very sensitive tummy and he does not get the runs!Perfect Saves me carry it on my back so will use this company again.Brillant service ✨

I have ordered Whiskas 11 now on a couple of occasions and have been happy with the service. This time the package came with the cat food boxes covered in bubble wrap and a cardboard box. The outer box was badly damaged and I am fairly sure it was the courier that allowed the package to get damaged thank goodness the bubble wrap was there. The reason I have only scored 4 stars is that after I made the order I wanted to add an item (cat litter) and the response was that it was not possible with no explanation. The request for the addition was made on the same day and I’m unsure why my request could not be accommodated.

So they not been eating very well
