The parasol itself is great quality as is usual for Kettler!

I was looking for seat pads for my Kettler chairs. Spoke to Will [I think] any way the gentleman was most helpful with colour & size etc but advised that they wouldn't be available until May. No problem, so with that, placed order. approx. 11/4/ 20 Great surprise when they arrived about 10 days ago. Securely packed & well ahead of promised date. Wonderful !!
Made full use of during those super sunny days we have just experienced. As I am C to.B for the next duration according to "our masters" I hope they will be often used.

My order for chrystal post lights was excellent , however the solar butterflys were not so good one damaged on arrival other one fell apart two days later Reported this to customer services by phone and e-mail no reponse recieved Very dissapointed as i was impressed with the delivery and was considering ordering some further chrystal lights

I rated Mill race 4 stars due to the fact that I ordered 2 small and 1 large butterfly which the Web site said was in stock, but then had an email to say the 2 small ones weren't in stock and I was being refunded. It would have been 5 star otherwise, this issue was dealt with but as I was disappointed not to receive my full order I thought 4 stars was fare.

I was previously unfamiliar with Millrace Garden Centre but I ordered from them online as they were in stock of a garden parasol I had been looking for. I was really pleasantly surprised to find that not only was the price of the item cheaper than elsewhere but it was delivered by courier within just a few days. Very happy with my purchase.

I made a purchase for a Weber BBQ mitt on the 7th May and on its first use it’s now deemed unusable/unsafe

It’s suppose to withstand heat up to 350 deg F and on this occasion has melted when I was taking a rotisserie off it’s stand at appeox 200 degrees F (I had a food temperature gauge on it so know it was approx 200)

Yes I would use them again and recommend them to others , but they were a bit slow in sending my package which arrived in perfect condition and well wrapped , but the delay was due to the volume of work due to Covid 19 , thank you Peter James

The bird feeder I bought arrived very quickly but the base of the feeder comes off easily when the birds swing on it and the fat balls end up on the ground

When I purchased my pond filter the website claimed it would arrive in within 7 days which it did. Also, the price for the filter was the lowest I could find. I will definitely use Millrace Garden Centre online again. Thank you.

i originally choose to have my order delivered but because you were so busy i asked if i could come and collect it.this you agreed,but a week later you tried to deliver the same order i had picked up the week before.your driver looked puzzled but we sent him on his merry way.

My purchase arrived on time, although the box containing the EverGreen Mosskill with Lawn Food 2.8kg 80m had been damaged in transit. The saving grace was plastic bag containing the box remained intact so the contents was not lost, only a handful spilt on the ground when emptying the plastic. I imagine the perforated box lid opener was damaged as the parcel was thrown about during transit
