Mobile Drip

How can they still do business? I have NOT received any of my order that I placed in June. Even though, they send you a tracking number and my order has been stuck in Elk Grove Village, Chicago since June 18th.
I continue contacting them asking where my order is at.
Today, I received an email fro Mobile Drip that they were refunding me PARTIAL refund on an item. They were not refunding me the full amount of said item! I have filed a complaint with PayPal requesting FULL refund! Buyers BEWARE! They rip customers off!

Do not trust this company. I placed an order and right after, I decided to search some more and realized they were using fake reviews. I sent an email requesting to cancel and refund my order literally 13 minutes after I purchased the product. I just got a response today saying the cancellation request was denied and that I had 12-24 hours to request the cancellation. This is just absolutely ridiculous.

I also ordered the neck massager on July 12th. I received all the same shipping messages everyone else seemed to have received. I contacted sales support numerous times with a canned response. I finally disputed the credit card charge in early August. The product finally arrived today though. If others are having trouble, dispute the charge. I'm not sure if it was the threat of my credit card company coming after them or pure luck, but regardless of the outcome, I wouldn't order from the website again.

I bought the 3 in 1 charger for my phone and Samsung watch ... the phone charger works fine but the watch charger is intermittent and very unreliable. I complained to mobiledrip and they told me I could return the unit at my cost to an address in California ... or they would send me a replacement free of charge instead. I accepted the free of charge replacement and it is no different to the first one but at this point I gave up and didn’t contact them again. A few weeks later I then get an invoice from Fedex for customs clearance charges .... I contacted mobiledrip to query the charges but in spite of multiple attempts they have never responded. I am now stuck with a charge to pay for the supposedly free of charge replacement unit that I am forced to pay unless I want my credit rating to be affected.
Mobiledrip treat their customers ver6 badly and produce mediocre products ... would not recommend to anyone.

Ordered a neck massager on June 14 show tracking from elk Grove Illinois still no package. Went to US PS they have no record of the tracking number called said it’s not a legitimate tracking number and they’ve had issues with this company using the same tracking total scam not getting my product but I will get my money back. If you see on Facebook or IG this company advertising for neck massager‘s do not purchase find them somewhere else because you will not get your product and they will take your money

Same experience as everyone else. They are true scammers. It’s been 5 weeks since I ordered product. They think they are slick by providing a USPS tracking number for pre shipment to make you believe your product is on the way. I disputed the charges with my credit card 🙂

Scammers. They use the covid-19 as an excuse for 3 months delay of delivery. Come on, I have received a shitload of other thing in the mean time. Scammers all the way. I am sorry that I felt for that.

Phone case arrived after 6 weeks. Cheap and faulty. I wrote an email and after another few weeks they said they would send a replacement. After another 5 weeks nothing so another email sent and reply stated they would not send a replacement as not there policy even though proof on an email. Please do not buy from this company.

I purchased the Samsung note20 case....what a joke..they advertise an explosion proof screen!...it scratched from cleaning!...no customer service no support and no return response...save your money.the business is a scam
