Because of a phone call to Mobile Help I was much better able to understand the system after receiving the equipment.The representative was very warm and encouraging. However, I haven't yet hired someone to place the key mechanism on the door because of the pandemic situation.

Got this for my Mom it makes her feel safer and gives me piece of mind that she has it.

Although I have just been with Mobile Help for less than a month it certainly is much better interpersonally than the one I dropped after 10 years.Set up was made so easy and my first "low battery" problem was taken care of by phone with Michael.

We have not had a fall or an emergency as of yet and I hope we don't, however we found out that the response time is very fast. The button was pushed by accident and we didn't respond fast enough and we had the police at the door checking to see if everything was ok..

I’m single over 65 years young, lol and live alone I am very active in my community and mobile help has really made me feel safer in so many different situations, it’s nice knowing your not alone. I would highly recommend Mobil help....

I fell and broke my foot and it's such a comfort to know all I have to do to feel safe now is 1 press of a button away

I cancelled my MobileHelp and returned everything 2 weeks ago! Too complicated for me.

I did call and get my Mobil Help ready to use. I am unhappy that the other table station would cost me anddional $60/year . Medical quardian provides it for free! I may change because of that.

While learning to understand how my mobile help works I've accidently set off the fall detection, within seconds the mobile help team responded by speaking to me through the devise, asking if everyone in the household was ok, they even called my cell phone and I was able to let them know everyone was alright, So far I am every happy with the service. Oh and having the lock box gives me peace of mind knowing that if I was home alone and fell help would be able to get to me.

My mother was home alone, she is 85 yrs old, and she fell broke her hip and knocked herself unconscious, if it wasn't for Mobile Help she would have laid there until... who knows what! I like Mobile help so much, that i got another complete system for my aunt as well.

I have run several tests with my Mobile Help account. Their response time utterly amazes me. I have run test from different locations and theyhave contacted me in 15 seconds or less. I have no complaints and would recommend Mobile Help without reservation.

I have not had any connection to Mobile Help, except for a bunch of fake phone calls and emails, that did not concern me. I wish you would get me of your list, so I don't get bothered anymore. Got it.

Have had Mobile Help for a year (May 2019-May 2020) for my dad. Mobile Help told us the Fall Detection Pendant was very sensitive... and they were right. Laying it down on the table set off the alert, dad did not respond to the Base Station, so they called a neighbor and 911... impressive. Since then, we've tested it every 3 months by dropping it on carpeting or by pressing the button, and Mobile Help responds on the Base Station within seconds. They recently sent us an updated Fall Detection Pendant and called to make sure we received it. Customer Service is very helpful. After a year, Dad only wanted the regular wrist button, not the Fall Detection Pendant. I called Customer Service and they gave concise instructions on how to return the Pendant and refunded part of our monthly Fall Detection Payment before I returned the actual Pendant. For a year, have used their Customer Service more than the alert button and am very happy with their service.

Am wearing my mobile help neck piece each day and evening, gives me the reassurance if I need help, now I have it to use. Have not tried to wear it yet in the shower, maybe a little nervous of getting water into it, but will try it soon, I know.

I feel much safer knowing I have my mobile help.

I am very pleased with my equipment from Mobile. The price is right and I am especially pleased with the fall pendent.

I've only had my MobileHelp for a few weeks and luckily have not had to use it, but I have the peace of mind knowing that if I fall or have a medical emergency at home or away, I only have to press the button and someone will be there to help me. I accidently dropped the bathroom remote unit when I unpacked it and a representative was immediately on line to see if I needed help.
