I continue to use these crutches everyday as they are dramatically better for my wrists BUT the design and quality of the armbands is poor leading for the need to repeatedly replace them. I also need the pieces that cover the handholds but these are not for sale on the website. I am hoping the design and materials improve.

Great product. This should definitely replace the conventional crutches. It has better weight distribution so I don't feel any stress on my body from using. God bless those who designed these products.

I guess you guys are a small operation because I received the most personal and detailed assistance I've ever experienced conducting a transaction. I'm completely satisfied with the experience and pleasantly surprised with your company's staff courtesy, competence and professionalism. Something that has remained elusive in the consumer experience in this country lately. Keep up the good work.

The faster shipping options seem to be pricier than average. Otherwise, the site is easy to navigate and offers a pleasant shopping experience. The return process, however, is a sh*tshow. I put in a request for a return several days ago, and I'm still waiting to hear back. Plus, I have to pay return shipping, which is a huge expense, and a 20% restocking fee. It's a joke. I might as well not return them.

As a physical therapist myself I was interested in how well this item would work for crutching NWB post OP to help ease wrist discomfort. I had hip surgery and need to be NWB for 6 weeks. I felt it didnt provide the stability that a regular aluminum crutch did. It also was quite a bit more shoulder work. It would be fine for someone who needed long term crutches and was weight bearing the whole time.

I have mitochondrial myopathy issues and these with my afo's are a dream. The ability to lean on forearm and as someone losing dexterity in fingers the design couldn't be better. I have both but for now i use my left as a cane. The ability to open purse, access cabinets without setting down cane is priceless. Would highly recommend.

Mobility Designed has an awesome website and great prices. The shopping experience was excellent, and the customer service with Tommy was wonderful. Thanks! After using the product for more than a week, my wife has seen improvement with her back issues as a result of the ergonomic efficiency of the design of these crutches. Received my mobility designed crutches on schedule. Assembling them was a snap due to the excellent instructions. Having used regular (drugstore) crutches for a while, these take a little getting used to. Am on my way to recovery. Thank you for an excellent product. Angelika Latsey

The site is designed well, but the main details about the crutches should be on the page with its description... not in frequently asked questions. I thought it was strange that I needed to look for weight and height limits.

After surgery, I am on crutches for six weeks. I could not be happier with the usefulness of these crutches that place my weight on my forearms instead of on my hands and armpits as a regular crutch does. And the ability to flip the handle down and be able to carry things in your hands is also a great feature. I am delighted that I found your crutches and highly recommend them. They were received very quickly so I had them on hand before surgery. Thank you so much for an excellent product and very timely shipping!

Update: This product is amazing!! Assembly was super simple and quality of all the parts is A1. I've used a traditional forearm crutch for 10 years and this one provides so much more stability that I actually feel comfortable leaving my house now. As for customer service, the website is easy to navigate and shipping is super quick. I received my product before I read the email confirming shipping. VERY pleased!!! Looking forward to trying this product.

Product that I need is not available for order. I really just need a right side crutch, not a pair. If you have a pair available, wouldn't that mean that you actually have a right sided crutch? Sucks I have to spend extra $ to get the product I need.

I purchased these to aid in my rehab for my left knee replacement for use as a cane because I have a right hand below elbow amputation. After a minor adaptation I am able to use it as a cane for outdoor exercise (walking). It works great in keeping proper alignment/balance of my body.

I got this for my mom. She walks with two canes and it was causing more problems that solutions. She had showed me the canes and I started putting money aside. I was able to surprise her and she really likes them.

Due to our current situation, I am unable to get the elective surgery that I was planning on getting. For that reason I will be using the M+D Crutch Cane Alternative until I can reschedule my surgery appointment.

I thought the product would be a lot easier to use but it is very hard to get used to but I'm just about throwing myself as if I was riding a horse but I've got to get the motion of my forearm rather than my whole arm and we making these crutches are getting these crutches to work properly

Bought the crutches for my hubby who is a LBKA now for almost 3 years. Normal crutches were giving him hard calluses on his hands, wrist pain and underarm pain. Saw your product on PBS last year and were excited about the new design. He is still in the getting used to them period. He only uses crutches when not wearing his prosthesis.

I have 4 congenital deformities that are degenerative. I've been waiting for a product like your M+D Crutch. The Crutch was easy to assemble & to use. Tommy was very helpful & informative. He went above & beyond to get this product to me in Hawaii. I appreciate your YouTube instructional video's.They helped me understand what the Crutch can do for me. One suggestion for the arm bands maybe find a way to accommodate for swelling or tenderness in the arms. Sheepskin accessory for the bands adding extra comfort for the arms. I'll be checking out a sheepskin place in Hawaii. I'll let you guys know how it turns out. Thank-You for creating a product that makes sense. You're helping people be safe & keep their independence. Shipping was pretty quick, crutches arrived and were easy to put together. So far I am very happy with them, but still need some time and more practice on them to get adjusted to the new type crutches. I have been on crutches since 1996 and these are by far the most comfortable ones I have Ever used. Thank you so much

The design of the crutches is different than any forearm crutches I have seen or used. As an amputee I find that the crutches are sturdy and give more support. It does take some getting use to and practice. The way the forearms rest on the top of the crutches relieves the pressure of the hands verses other type of crutches. Over all I am pleased with my purchase.
