I Ordered 3 Acekard 2i cards, and 3 2Gb Kingston MicroSD cards from them on April 4th. I chose their site because of them being Canadian, and that they offered a discount on bulk purchases of AK2i cards.
after making an account and placing my order, i received my order number as though everything was fine.. but the next day i got an email stating that the AK2i cards were out of stock and was offered IMO, an inferior product as a replacement.
I replied that i did not want the alternative, but wanted to know when the AK2is would be in stock and asked if they would replace them with M3i cards or overnight ship the AK2i's when they came in.
I got no response after nearly a full business day passed, so i emailed again.. and even wound up calling their store to get an answer. I was told that they would not do the substitution i asked about and they would let me know about the AK2i's the next day and that they would have a definite date when they would be availible. (while i was on the phone i received an email from them replying to my 2 emails)
the next day they replied that the product would be in "soon".. I sent another email asking if they had an exact date, and also mentioned again, that if it was only going to be a week then i would wait and asked if they could overnight them to me due to the mix up.. no reply since..
My main issue with them is that they state on their site "to your door in 18 - 48 hours" and this MAY be true if your order is in stock.. and it wouldnt even be a big deal if it was listed as otherwise.. but nowhere on the AK2i page, or on their news page did it state that these were not in stock. and as far as it goes, had it been listed as such, i would have gone elsewhere to get them.
since reading the previous review that mentioned the same issue I even checked the obscure backorder page they have (one that they do not have a link to on their own page i might add) and it wasn't listed there either.. In fact, they are STILL not listed as out of stock on their site at this point in time.
to summarize, once i get my order, i dont think i will use them again, unless i call first and am assured that the products are in stock before paying for them.

edit 9/4/10 - after posting this review and it was in pending status i received an email that due to human error, my order of Acekard2is was mistakenly placed in the backorder pile because it was mistakenly thought that i orderd iEdge cards, and that they had the AK2is in stock from the beginning.. I was also offered my shipping refunded for the mix up ($9.95 CDN) IF i agreed to remove my negative comments in this review.
I declined the offer as there were ample opportunities to rectify this issue before this amount of time had passed.. moreso considering everywhere on the order sheets, and emails "Acekard2i" is clearly written, NOT "iEdge".. even if it was sorted out when i called them it would be fine, or if i was offered the overnight shipping that i inquired about due to the issue.. but as it sits i still have to wait at least another few days (givin the weekend starting) for my order on top of the 5 waited so far because of this.

edit 13/04 - received my order today, along with another email from Rob telling me that the items i was waiting on were due in today.. further miscommunication within the company is still continuing i guess.
the Acekard 2is (and MicroSD cards)were in working order, and NOT clones (verified by looking at the acekard website and their detailed pictures on how to spot clones) my only complaint would be that all 3 of the acekard boxes were broken open in the shipping envelope.. whether this is how they were shipped, or something that happened in shipping is unknown.. after updating with current 1.4 firmware they all work great in my DSi and DSL.
My AVR board work great !

I want to thank your support department for the excellent service I received for my R4i.First I ordered M3iZero on June the 15th 2012 but it was no longer available so they offerred to replace it with R4i order ID #120610204506.
I had a problem with the firmware version so I sent a mail to
the support and that person gave me the link where I could get it and also told how to install it. I was very pleased to get such a good service. Il will buy again from you.
