Never deal with mojo. They promise many things in the initial stages just to make us pay the deposit. Once the deposit is paid, they just don't stick to their promise. They schedule meetings and don't make a proper note of what is being requested which delays everything! Finally they show it up as a customer problem and will send an email saying the job is cancelled. There are fantastic customer builders around and we can work with peace of mind with them rather than working with the so called big builders like "MOJO".I would never suggest Mojo to anyone!

The poor rating is for the service. On the day we collected our keys the supervisor said to us ‘ I was suppose to bring you a hose warming gift but I couldn’t be bothered ?
We paid extra for our driveway to be glazed, we are still waiting and that was 7 months ago.
The inside painting is very sub standard. Painted by an non English speaking Asian company, pretty sure it was sprayed on not brushed. Three coats, my ass.
As it was our first new home to be built we had no idea on looking at plans, we now have a lounge room so small it fits a lounge in. The main bedroom is bigger than our lounge room?
The kitchen cupboards are so high up I can’t use them?
At the end of the day make sure you upgrade everything as the stuff they use to decorate your home is cheap and nasty. You will pay so much more for the upgrades, probably 3 times more than the shops but do it.
Now I need to go to Fair trading because of principle. Just glaze our damn driveway, it’s not rocket science. To be fair, when I complained enough times they sent out a company to acid wash our driveway and they said they would be back in a couple of days to glaze it. They taped off our driveway and said Don’t drive on it. That was a frighan month ago, they never came back. WAITING

I did a search on Google for a short length project home (due to our odd shape block) and one of the small houses from Mojo Homes came up in the results. It had an offer for a free site inspection and quote which I submitted. Following morning I called the general line and Taylar from Kellyville Homeworld put me to Rose and since then until we paid the deposit last week, we received a professional service. I am really happy with the service so far. I hope this experience will continue to be the same throughout the project.

We were looking to build our new house in Box Hill area last year around Jan 2018. We came across a beautiful estate called The Gables. We spoke to the Land Developer (Celestino) and found a House and Land package and decided to buy it. We spoke to James Chamberlain and explained to us everything about the Contract (split), all the inclusions and about the build. James is top notch in customer service and I highly commend him, being our first contact from Mojo Homes he's got the exceptional and professional knowledge of what he is doing.

We have had a problem with the Land Registration and we've waited for almost a year to have the land registered but it was the Developer's problem not Mojo. We had some minor issues during the build but it have been resolved accordingly.

Our build with Mojo was smooth sailing up until our PCI. Unfortunately our SS left Mojo the day after our PCI and was placed into a limbo. We were not given any updates for more than a week by the person who replaced our SS if all the defects that we found during PCI were already rectified or not.

Admins for Pre-construction and Construction stage Sharyn Turner and Rebekah Kore were awesome, very helpful along the way. Slab Supervisor, Mark Nightingale was very good, very knowledgeable and nice to deal with. Our Site Supervisor, Stewart Henderson was awesome and very professional in all our dealings. He has a vast knowledge and experience in the building industry. He gave us regular updates and did an excellent job. He should be commended for doing a fantastic job but sadly he left Mojo Homes after we did the PCI. Accounts Receivable, Katlyn Barker was so nice and understanding when our progress payments were always delayed. Colour Selections and Electricals, Kate Murace was excellent too. All in all I would say it was a great experience for us building with Mojo. Mojo did an excellent job with minor issues.

Concrete slab was poured on 3 June and on Friday, 1 Nov is our hand-over.

I am currently at the pre-construction phase of building with Mojo. Brett Watkins has been fantastic from the very beginning; from finding an available block of land to questions about contracts, nothing has been a problem for him. His communication has been outstanding & he’s a pleasure to deal with. Exciting times ahead, can’t wait to start the build.

David has been nothing but helpful since our first walk through the display home at Thornton to now being at the stage where he is turning our dreams into reality.
David has been beyond patient with us and our modifications to the original design. The MOJO information evening really concreted our decision to build with MOJO.
We can't wait to get building on our little block of country living.

I have had the pleasure of working with Ed Campbell from Kellyville and would like to say he is very friendly approachable and professional and provides exceptional customer service and goes the extra mile.

Mojo offers so much more than other project builders even the standard finishes are much better.

Our External Colours Consultant, Cass was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and assisted in all our queries. Appreciated her timely follow-up for our queries, which couldn't be provided on the day of appointment. Cass was professional, and friendly.

Suggestion for improvement for Mojo:
-The Mojo More Inclusion brochure stated a 'Rheem Aquamax 160L electric hot water system with stainless steel tank'. As our knock-down and rebuild is in an area without gas, and we do not want gas in cylinder, we asked for the 'Rheem Aquamax 160L' electric hot water system. However, we are charged for a 325L heat pump system. Why would a 'Rheem Aquamax 160L electric hot water system with stainless steel tank' be an inclusion, but then does not meet BASIX requirement, and we have to fork out unnecessarily for the heat pump system, for the main house, and another 325L heat pump system for a granny flat (we had requested a 160L electric hot water system for the granny flat)?

So far all has progressed as well as we could hope, from the initial tender process with Rose and Stacey, through to us starting in selections with Jessica and the contract presentation with Johnny and Sharyn... Now we move on to the build phase and we are hoping to see more of the same great communication and support from the team at Mojo.

We've locked in with Mojo because of their edginess, good reviews, professionalism, organised-nature cost effectiveness and honesty (we were ripped off previously by a small, local builder). Ed Campbell (New Homes Sales Consultant – Dual Living) and Amy Robson (Client Relations Consultant) have been friendly, patient and professional throughout. Very Happy!

We met Johnny Cefai last weekend in regards to our new house.
What a great bloke. Explained everything in simple and thorough terms. Pleasure to deal with.
And then on Saturday Amy was the same as everyone we have dealt with so far at Mojo Homes.
Great people who know their way around.

This is our first home, and we are glad that we have chosen Mojo to guide us ahead in this journey, that I am sure we will cherish our entire lives. We were not aware about many details and intricacies of building a house and even though we did our so called research from Google, there was a lot we learnt new and it was all possible as we had MOJOs excellent team to guide us. This includes Alex Haddon who guided us during the sales process, Bridget Darragh our Pre-construction coordinator, Johnny Cefai during the Tender signing, Jessica Desmond for External and Rachelle Bakhos for Interiors. There are others who we havent met yet, as we await to enter the stage of construction.

During the sales we werent hurried into making a decision and signing a deal with MOJO, and were given time to do our research, which shows their confidence in the quality of their products and the price of their deals. Alex was very accommodating to our budget and needs with the interiors of the house, and helped us get the best deal possible.

The standard options provided by Mojo is definitely a good range to select from, with multiple options. They structure the external, internal and electrical appointments in different sittings which gave us ample time to think, plan and take a decision. We were also given the option to have multiple walk throughs at their colour studio with a consultant in attendance every time. We would like to make a special mention of Erin who helped us with the selection of colours with her experience and knowledge of the field.

We are excited for the remaining process in this journey to see our dream house turn into a reality.

After a few issues with the build of our Enigma 46 it all came together at the pre PCI when the construction manager Don was called in to walk through with us to go through the issues.

Once all the issues were addressed we were happy with the workmanship and quality of the build.

Now that we have moved in we had an issue with the connection of the NBN thanks to Peter Martin for sorting out the issue.

Also a big thank you to Kevin Bryant post handover for addressing all the issues we pointed out to him. We left everything up the Kevin and he delivered the outcome we expected.

My Husband and I are first time builders, we met with Lea @ Homeworld Thornton who was beyond helpful.
She took the time to ask want we were looking for in a home, and guided us to find our dream design.
Lea was very knowledgeable about the design and inclusions.
the service and support we have received post the sale and during all the pre construction process has been amazing.

Mojo homes pre-construction and sales stage has been very thorough and pleasing, Liam Coorey has been excellent in his approach to every question we have had, we haven't felt pushed or rushed and we've managed to make many changes to the original plans without to much fuss.
