Sold 2 properties and purchased one using the Monkey guys. James Chai is very professional and kept it real for the not so well informed, US. We like things plain and simple and James did this for us. I didn't need to worry about a thing .... not a glitch on any one of the transactions that Monkey have dealt with for us. Thank you

We have used the services of Monkey Conveyencing 5 times now including one sale which lasted over 6 months.
On each occasion Monkey have kept us in the loop on all thats happening quickly and efficiently. We are very satisfied and wont hesitate to use again

monkey by name monkey by nature,sold a property a sum of money was held by the buyer 's
solicitor trust ,all conditions were met 2 weeks after settlement, which was acknowledge
by the buyer still have not received the balance numerous calls to monkey conveyancing
all to no result. SETTLEMENT WAS 4 MONTHS AGO.

After shopping around, went back to Monkey for a second time,we dealt with James, very efficient, professional and extremely polite and pro active. Communication was always timely and concise.

I give Monkey Conveyancing on the Gold Coast (I dealt with Lucy and James) a 10 out of 10 rating. I've dealt with quite a few arrogant or dim witted or nasty conveyancing companies in the past, and I've always feared dealing with another. Imagine my surprise when ringing for a quote for fees, not only were they competitive compared to others - I found their service to be top notch. They always took my calls, questions I asked were always explained, all emails replied to immediately as were messages left to call me, if they were on the phone. I never was left to wait. I was always treated with respect and courtesy. It was the smoothest property settlement I've ever dealt with due in kind to Lucy and James, two delightful professionals.

I purchased my first home recently and had my conveyancing done through monkey conveyancing. Chris was easy to talk to and walked me through every step of the process. He even pointed out a few things that I didn’t know needed to be done. When settlement arrived my mortgage broker stuffed me around and Chris kept me calm and helped me make the right decisions to get the purchase to go through.

Loved his effort and the follow up from the rest of the team when he was unavailable. Couldn’t reccommend monkey them any more, especially for first home buyers.

I found the service and personal approach from the Team at Monkey Conveyancing to be excellent, particularly from Stephen Jensen who handled my purchase. Coming from a past Managerial role I know what is required to run an efficient business, and they certainly do this. No question was too hard to answer. I am happy to fully recommend Monkey Conveyancing to any prospective property buyers and I will most certainly be using their services again in the future.

I have had both offices (The Gold Coast and Holland Park) attend to conveyancing matters over 2 properties. Once as a seller and once as a buyer. Great communication throughout all matters on both properties and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. As a buyer I was able to obtain the correct 'special conditions' clauses for the purchase.

I recently used Monkey Conveyancing for a property conveyancing. I was living overseas during the entire process and they were able to effect the settlement in a professional and painless manner. They have excellent easy to follow guidance on the steps required and were easily able to manage contingencies including me not being in Australia and the COVID19 situation. Good communication with the client. Would definitely recommend them for property settlement services.

Having used Monkey Conveyancing previously we engaged them again when we recently sold our house to a developer and purchased another house. Karen guided us through a protracted and difficult sale process which eventually culminated in a simultaneous settlement. She was professional, responsive, prompt and very pleasant to deal with. We felt like we were in good hands throughout the whole process.

My first consultation with Monkey Conveyancing was with the owner was very positive. As a first home buyer he took his time and thoroughly explained the process. However, after this consultation I was passed into another junior employee who was unprofessional. I bought a new home and there were many issues with the seller, they dealt with nothing and I felt as if they put my contract in the ‘too hard’ basket. When I emailed or rang with questions she would ignore my calls or respond to emails within 24 hours. As a teacher, I’m required to respond on the same day, unsure of why the sane expectation doesn’t apply. They didn’t alert me to an amendment they received for my contract, told me it was all routine, later I realise I’ve lost the car space originally in my contract. A huge change which I, as a first home buyer, did not notice but would expect a solicitor to pick up. I ended up complaining to the owner who then took control of the contract again. I would not recommend.

Five stars to Stephen from Monkey Conveyancing at Holland Park West. He was professional, courteous and efficient. He was always available and responded quickly to any of our concerns. Our purchase went smoothly because of his good communications. From my experience as a buyer, I highly recommend Monkey Conveyancing.
