DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE brought a cooker in aug 2019 didn't last two week had a engineer come out who strayed dw40 on the fan and told me that would be the end to my problem it wasn't the fan went that ment another week of waiting for the van to be replaced then 2 weeks later it breaks again had so many phone calls with montpellier and just dont seem to be getting anywhere costumer service is shocking now I'm letting trade instaders sort these out. Please dont buy from these rubbish is what they are

Purchased a Montpellier dishwasher about 15 months ago worked great until December 2019 then it died,phoned the Repairtech helpline
A BIG MISTAKE !!!,they proved to be incompetent from the start ,in the end phoned Montpellier direct (it helps when you have a name and number)
I spoke to Ian who listened to what I had to say,immediately he apologised for the very poor service that I had received and that he would deal with it
Over the next few days etc we got to talk on a regular basis,he was being blanked by repairtech,he promised if that they did not sort it out on the Next visit ,he would replace it with a new dishwasher
Guess what,repairtech cocked it yet again
True to his word ,we now have a new dishwasher (a different make)

The service we received from Ian was first class and I have phoned him and thanked him,as far as repairtech don’t waste your time they proved to be worse than anything you could imagine
I would suggest Montpellier take their repair work back in-house

Bought a glass on gas on glass hob March 2018 (so still covered by their 2 year warranty)...the glass hob smashed when knocked into by accident with a chopping board. As soon as I spoke with Montpellier they immediately said “user error” so not covered by the warranty. I objected to this as it was only knocked gently whilst cleaning. Eventually they discovered that the hob was fitted 2cm too close to the wall (as stated in their fitting booklet) and so were delighted to absolve themselves of any blame by stating fitting error. They were looking for an out right from the start and they eventually found the reason to decline...well done Montpellier! Incidentally, in my opinion the glass on gas hob is dangerous and not fit for purpose...Howsoever the hob smashed it should not have exploded into shards of glass over many metres..someone will be very seriously harmed unless Montpellier put this product right.

I bought a range style cooker from them, once it was delivered and fitted we realized it was faulty. Trying to get a replacement or refund (cooker never used) has been terrible. I have been given mis- information, had to pay out for a gas report to prove it is faulty which they will not refund. Most of all Thier handling of what should be a simple exchange as a faulty cooker was delivered, has been painful with very unhelpful staff who are very rude. I haven't ever had such bad experience and still without a cooker. I cannot stress enough not to use this company.

Writing this for my Sister in law as she doesn't have a computer she Bought Model MFF 152 W, Bought this just over 12 months ago mainly as it was the one one I could find that would fit into he kitchen space, during this time the seal on the top of the fridge needed replacing shelf in freeze snapped off we took middle shelf out to find the runner has disintegrated and turning to powder everything is very flimsy, contacted makers under the 2 year guarantee, told the guarantee only covers the motor and electric components, it states (consumable items which require routine replacement aren't covered) I wouldn't class shelves etc as consumable items but these should last for ages when I rang they said these items are not covered, So beware if your thinking of buying a Montpellier unit DONT

We've had our gas oven under a year, top oven will not get up to temperature, engineer replaced thermostat still the same..Didn't even test..told they will try another 1. I have said we want a refund of they cant fix. Would not recommend.

Had our washing machine less than two years and it's stopped working. Eventually got an engineer out who said he needed a part to fix it. Nearly a month later it's still not fixed and all I keep getting from customer service is that someone will call me to make an appointment to come out, and no one had called. Absolutely terrible.

My fridge freezer broke down within 3 months of purchasing.
All the food inside was ruined.
When the engineer finally came he said Montpellier didn't allow him to carry the parts needed to fix it - so he would have to order them and arrange another date to come back and repair the fridge.
This has now cost me two afternoons off work. Disgraceful service for poor quality goods.
Don't go near them.

Hi bit like dejavue last year top element broke in oven reported it early December after a lot of excuses and phone calls eventually got a new oven in March and head of customer sales brought it himself. WELL top element gone in oven this year rang 28th November said engineer would ring to arrange visit WELL yet again lost the part, engineer blaming them Montpellier blaming engineer linda from Montpellier said she would ring me back never did SOME ONE is lying engineer was supposed to come out today to fix had just text me part has not arrived I am completely over this Unfortunately yet again at Xmas I have not got a fully functioning oven!!!! I will never buy from Montpellier again i would not recommend them to anyone. Its the lies if you have made a mistake own it i am sooo angry and actually dont no were to turn.

I have a Montpellier washer drier. Can anyone help me with regards to the CEO of the company? I have been waiting for over a month for my machine to be fixed! I have constantly had to chase them for updates which have been useless anyway as there has been no progress. The supervisor was no help either and the company they use (Repair Giant) are also just as disgusting as them. If anyone can help it will be much appreciated.

Tbh as a landlord I have bought two ovens in the last year or so they have both broken down twice and I would certainly never ever buy another.
The backup is absolutely abysmal they come out after 9 or 10 days tell you it's the heating element and that they have one on the van but not allowed to fit it!! Someone else then comes out another ten days later to fit the part!!! Absolutely disgusting. Hungry children no oven . Can't put into words how bad these ovens are I wouldn't buy one if it was the only one I could get

My husband & I purchased a wine cooler in March this year & we have had issues with it ever since- beeping loudly everyday so we had to turn it off. We have contacted Montpellier on numerous occasions & eventually they sent an engineer out who said that the 2 new circuit boards of the new fridge would need replacing....this was 7 weeks ago & I have been calling for updates ever since. I spoke to Mark on a couple of occasions but only to be told he will email the suppliers but has no timescale of when the part would be in. Even when I asked if it could be years, he said he didn’t have a clue. Today I called him again & he said he would email the ‘parts’ division again, they came back to say they did not & would not have an ETA. How long are we supposed to wait before we complain? I felt without any idea of an ETA & with a large function coming up at our house soon (sons Christening, for which we need the cooler for), I thought I would air my concerns to the complaints team, hoping for a time scale or something, to which I received this email back:

Good Afternoon,

Thank you for your email. I have had a look into this situation and my colleague mark did email the parts department requesting information regarding a more exact eta on the part and the fact that you have been chasing and the urgency regarding this repair. The parts department have emailed us back to let us know they do not currently have a exact eta on the part. But are well aware of the situation and will be informing us as soon as they do

This response has not helped me & I have no idea when I am to expect the parts in, let alone the repair to be carried out on my wine cooler. Dreadful customer service & a dreadful complaints team.

It has now been 6 days since Montpellier responded to say they were looking into it & will have a response at the end of the day, I have received NOTHING!

Do not buy any products waste of time and customer service is a joke only had fridge freezer 3 years and it has packed in already and they wont help.

I have been waiting for almost 2 months on a repair of a brand new washing machine, I have emailed the compliants department and they have not responded. After 2 repair appoints we are still wating for news on when the parts will arrive and when I will have a working machine with not even an apology or a solution in sight.

I truly would not recommend them!

I bought a Montpellier fridge freezer in August 2018. By April 2019 the door bottle holder had broken and I had to purchase a new one as this was not covered by the guarantee. A few months later the freezer drawer cracked. Now, just over 12 months since I purchased the fridge freezer the bottle holder has broken again. I only purchased Montpellier to replace my Beko fridge freezer as space was limited in my kitchen and this was the only one which fit. I'm extremely disappointed which the fridge freezer, all the plastic is very flimsy.

So after 9 years of my NEFF ceramic hob ( which finally went faulty) I went out and brought a Montpellier electric hob as a replacement.
what a BIG MISTAKE. 6 months in a and both large ring elements burnt out and stopped working so I had them replaced under the warranty which was good and thought nothing of it. So 5 months later the same 2 large rings started overheating and glowing even on the heat setting of 5. this caused BOTH large rings to completely crack the glass so I called Montpellier who advised they would not replace as this was not covered by the warranty and said it was best to ring the company where I brought it from so I did. They sent an engineer out who said it was likely that the elements had overheated again causing the crack as it looked as though it had cracked from underneath and not from something dropping from the top as he had never seen 2 separate cracks caused by 2 separate things being dropped onto the glass. he reported this back to Montpellier and took photos to back this up. they called me back to say that Montpellier would not replace the glass as they deemed that it had been caused by damage to the top, but like I have mentioned before what is the chances that the 2 elements that were replaced were the same 2 that had 2 separate cracks and what are the chances of 2 separate things being dropped on the top on the same day?
needless to say I have companied to Montpellier and they have not had the decency to reply.
so the morale is DO NOT buy MONTPELLIER PRODUCTS as you get what you pay for which is poor products with poor customer service.
I would have voted ZERO if I could.

Absolute utter junk, faulty straight out of the box, a range cooker a week before Christmas. Wife well chuffed. Avoid anything made by this company unless you love to suffer!

I bought a washing machine a year ago and it’s stopped working, it’s under warranty so called and an engineer was sent out. The engineer ordered the part that was broken and we have been waiting ever since! Customer services is a joke, I have been told that they have no idea when the part will be in stock and that I just have to wait! It’s been 2 weeks so far. I would never buy another Montpellier product, customer services are rude and unhelpful.

I gave them one star because I had to give one.
I bought a fridge freezer in October 2017, the fridge is now too cold that it is icing up and they will only give you 2 year warranty so getting through to them in November a few days over and they won't help AT ALL. 2years and a couple of days and they wont help rectify the broken fridge freezer. So unhelpful. A fridge shouldn't freeze over after 2 YEARS.
