We were so impressed with the guys from Mooval relocating us from Berwick to Traralgon in a 10 tonne truck. They were so efficient - quick, took great care with our furniture, fragile items, plants, etc. and all done with a friendly smile. A huge thanks to Tommy and Bunty. Definitely recommend this company.

I moved from a 3BR home to a new 4BR home in the same suburb. They were right on time and finished the job way before the expected time at booking. I'd recommend them for any type of move.

I called Mooval after having to move out of our 2 bedroom unit in Box-hill to our Townhouse in Fern-tree Gully, reverse living might i add, with the worst possible staircase to get the kitchen and living. Billy assured me that everything was going to be fine and made sure that the best possible guys were on the job as well. Alex and Tai were absolutely amazing, just 2 stand up blokes that love what they do and enjoy it too.

Would highly recommend, HIGHLY!!

I moved from a 2 bedroom townhouse last Monday and could not have chosen a more professional company.
Sam and Raf were amazing. They worked extremely hard, no break and they took as much care with my belongings as I do.
With care and pace my move was as smooth as could be. Very rare these days to find a professional polite respectful company to be true to their word. From first contact with Frank to your moving team, Sam and Raf and then Frank on completion of the move, I could not be happier and would never move with another company. A huge thank you to you all for the respect you showed both me and my belongings. Highly recommended. If you don't move with MOOVAL you are mad!

I had to shift the contents of a two-bedroom unit - 40 boxes of various sizes and weight plus a garage full of smaller/individual items - about 240 kms. The two young men who handled the job were amazing. Everything loaded in a 6 tonne truck in about 1 hour 5 minutes - super efficient.
All delivered on time intact no breakages or damage. AND the cost was extremely reasonable.

I’ve had to move twice in under two months, the second time being unexpected and on very short notice, but I was able to book in easily and quickly through Sam who was able to supply a truck and two men for a Saturday move, when I booked the move in on Tuesday.
I had a 1-2 Bedroom move, from Officer to Cranbourne then Cranbourne to Clyde, and both times I’ve used Mooval they have been fantastic. They arrived on time the first time and the second time, they were able to come at 11:30am when the move was scheduled to start between 12:30pm to 2:30pm) The men worked quickly, efficiently, and carefully (not to damage items being moved or the house they’re moving things into/out of), and in addition, Mooval have the cheapest prices of any other removal company I’ve come across.
Highly recommend them for anyone planning to move

I would give these guys 0 stars if I could. Very poor value/moral company who completely under quote to try and get the business but once they have you booked they could not care less about their customers, only the pay checks. The removalists arrived over 6 hours late (booked for 8:30am and only to get a call at 8:35am to say that they won't be coming until later due to an accident.) I understand that accidents happen but the company kept making up times of when the removalists will be at mine saying it would be another hour when in fact they did not arrive until after 2:30pm. 6 hours later. The food which had been removed from my fridge were completely spoilt. After 2 round trips, we didn't end up getting the last box in until 10pm. [names removed] (the two guys in charge) did nothing to show me that they cared about the inconveniences that this has caused e and my family. They still charged me $1,000 for a move from Elwood to Parkdale, despite wasting 6 hours of our day and time. My complaint has nothing to do with the actual contractors who actually does the job of the removalists. They were good, but probably only see about 20% of what we actually pay.
Trust me when I say this, DO NOT BOTHER WITH THESE GUYS. Once you have booked with them, even if you are not happy with the level of service that they have provided, you are FORCED to pay them the amount due otherwise they wont leave your house. And once you have paid, they will never return your phone calls as money is all that they care about. What a bunch of low lives. Thanks for the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a removalist company. I will tell EVERYONE I know to avoid MOOVAL for as long as I can. [names removed] , the way you do business is disgraceful and as a consumer I am disgusted.

I had a 4 bedroom move from the Moordialic to Doncaster. I have moved several times in the past and I can tell you honestly, these guys were leaps and bounds above anyone else I have ever used before. Too often, I have tried to count pennies and this time I got the most bang for my buck with Mooval.

Mooval took care of all our moving needs this past weekend. The messaged when they were a short time away, arrived early and had us all packed up and moved in less than 4 hours. None of our property was damaged and it made the whole moving experience less stressful which was great! As we did not move straight to our new house (as it is not ready yet), we will be using them again when our new home is all ready to go! I highly recommend using Mooval for all your moving needs!!
