5-star highly recommended.Great staff especially James who has done everything in a professional job, very smoothly, very friendly. was refused from the lender but they cached my weak point and approved mortgage from another lender. we are very happy now :)

From the first phone call to Stephen at Premier mortgages I was made to feel welcome and confident in the service to be provided. Every step was explained and we were given regular updates by Tia and Stephen as well as having an online case tracker. The whole process was simple and painless and I could not recommend them highly enough. It’s very rare to get such genuinely nice people who are committed to excellence in service provision.

I employed the services of Premier after having difficulties obtaining a mortgage on a listed building. I was put in contact with Stephen who listened to our circumstances and recommended couple of options. Stephen was very efficient, thorough, courteous and knowledgeable and I would not hesitate in recommending him to friends and family.

My experience as a first time buyer is excellent with their finance's service. Jack and Owen helped and guided us throughout the whole process to get the right mortgage. Always keen to help and assist in several times where we were left with no options. We giot there at the and and I really appreciate their time and efforts. I can safely say that the service from Premier has been brilliant from start to finish, thanks to Kev for sorting the mortgage and with special thanks to Lesley Keaveney as I did cause a few issues with different properties but We got there in the end. I can whole heartedly recommend them if you need to get a mortgage on your way to buying a property.

I had a very lovely team Mark Jackson and Lesley who helped me secure a mortgage, which was a very complicated and challenging process as I am a contractor. However, Mark was very helpful and was determined to get me a lender which he did!

I would highly reccomend Premier Group Mortages and have had a great experience from the beginning to the end of my mortage application. I was recommended to use the service from my parents and have also passed on these details to friends. One of the most positive points I can praise from the service I have received is that there has been one mortage advisor Juliette who has dealt with everything the whole way through with the support and assistance of mortage administrator Charlotte.

I had the pleasure of remortgaging through Premier with the aid of Stephen and Tia, what an absolute doddle it was. I've remortgaged many times and this was by far the most painless one. Kept me informed every step of the way and sometimes even went out of their way to make sure things were sorted and all documents submitted. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend anyone to use them!!

I used Lisa for my mortgage, the service was fantastic throughout and Lisa made it very smooth and she was easily contactable, the purchase wasn’t looking like it would complete in time and Lisa went over and above and thankfully it all completed on the selected date. Would throughly recommend using Premier again.

We completed a ‘generic’ mortgage related ‘finance’ form online and within 24 hours Ciaran at Premier contacted us to discuss our situation. He immediately understood our position and made relevant recommendations based on that. Unlike other brokers Premier actually delivered recommendations for our benefit rather than theirs, and took the time to listen to our case. The Best lender was sourced immediately and, relatively quickly, the offer made. During the latter stages of our application we were introduced to Lesley who kept us updated at every stage and was more than willing to respond to our questions. We have no hesitation in recommending the team at Premier, and our experience with Ciaran and Lesley was seemless from start to finish.
