I have been very unlucky after seeing the positive reviews . I had Josh and it has been like pulling teeth to get him to respond . I would definitely not recommend him . All communication down through email due to work commitments. After choosing a car and telling him a colour after he was waiting for me to tell him, but could have sent email to remind me . I emailed as to why no communication and poor customer service he finally replied he would work on a deal No further response from him, no deal , nothing . I emailed again saying poor communication, I will look elsewhere . No surprise, no reply . He is a poor representation of the company unlike the other positive reviews . Very disappointing and let down to the company.

Fully recommend buying a new car with motorfinity. From the 1st quotation to placing the order Faye was fantastic! A very easy process without the hastle of a desperate showroom sales assistant. If you are legible I’d take full advantage and will be recommending to my colleagues. I look forward to March 22 for my new Audi . THANKS FAYE!! :)

First dealing with motorfinity and spoke with Faye. She was fab, extremely friendly and easy to chat too. The process was smooth and straightforward and the discount was amazing. I have a bit of a wait before I get the car but so far the service has been good and I hope continues….watch this space!

Great customer service: polite and very explanatory. Faye is an absolute star, helping throughout the process of securing my new Peugeot 3008.

The team at motor finity where fantastic at helping me after my car was Stollen.They where all professional and courteous but where also very empathetic to my situation.Faye in particular was fantastic she managed to secure a car for me very quickly and efficiently and made the process seem less. The deal she secured for me was better than I could get from the dealership.I am very happy to recommend using motorfinity

From start to finish Motorfinity have been fantastic. Very helpful, friendly and professional.
They have made the whole process very easy, especially given these COVID times.
Thanks to Tom Skipworth and Fiona Bennison for their help with my purchase. Both very helpful and friendly. Would recommend Motorfinity to anyone!

First time purchased a new car, when Henry’s contacted us to start the process we were very much put at ease from the start as to what the procedure would be and how long it could take. Our rep Greg was knowledgeable and straight up from the beginning and answered our questions doubts and niggles from the start.
Would I recommend Henry’s to any other buyer “ yes “.

5 star all the way, we saved a small fortune, we purchased three brand new VW Transporters. The team at Motorfinity are true professionals, keeping us informed on all the vehicle’s being built in Germany.
All turned up earlier than planned.Delivered to our Campervan conversion company on time with no hassle.
No one in the UK could match the price we paid per van. Would highly recommend Motorfinity as a company. Well done guys top job.

Bought my new Focus through Hendy Ford in Portsmouth. It was a great price, and the service was excellent. The car was delivered as I live in the North-East, but even with delivery costs it was great deal. I would have no hesitation in recommending Motorfinity as a great way to buy a new car.

I have been leasing cars for over ten years, however this was my first experience dealing with Motorfinity.

I found them through a deals website via my work. This meant the admin fee was wavered, brilliant start.

One of the things I look for is 24 months of the same monthly payment (so no massive initial payment) and this company delivered that.

I wasn't able to get my first choice of colour due to the time frame I required the car to be delivered in, however Motorfinity matched an offer I found from a competitor on another colour which was brilliant.

I had good communications with and from the two ladies dealing with my order and they promptly answered any questions I had.

Delivery was on the day I chose and occurred in the morning which mean I had the rest of the day to enjoy my new car, perfect.

I will definitely be looking at what offers they have when it comes to the end of my current lease deal.

I contacted Faye, she took time & resolved all issues & ensured I got exactly what i requested…

Really happy with the service during the process from start to finish :-)

I would highly recommend when connecting with Motorfinity, ask for Faye specifically as you won’t be disapointed.

This is the first time I have used Motorfinity what can I say... a first class service throughout my customer journey from sales to delivery

Daniel was superb and really patient with me during the number of times I was scoping my options on the car.

Sharon was fab dealing with my sale through to delivery.

All comms an queries were dealt with timeously and effectively.

I got a great deal too much better than other local dealers offers.

Today my car was delivered to my house in the timeframe quoted by a really nice guy Simon who was also customer focused polite and courteous.

My customer journey from end to end was faultless

I can hightly recommend this company and will be doing so to colleagues and friends.

Now to start driving my new car
