I love going to yoga classes but even at the best yoga venues often we are packed like sardines and people coming in 10-15 min into the class is very unpleasant, especially when they ask you to move and make space for them. You might also not have a good view of the teacher. Non of this on MFML! It’s just you and the teacher. I cannot highly recommend MFML. Great teachers, great choices of classes at your own convenience and the comfort of your home. Thank you Kat!

Although I go to a class once a week I love that I can do classes at home when I want to.
I can also explore different styles that my teacher doesn't cover.
An amazing, life changing experience and would recommend to anyone either new to Yoga or wanting to challenge their practice.

I can choose the teacher, level and style I want each day as well as what time I want to practice. Teachers are great. I have made a lot of progress in a few weeks.

One of the positives of the lockdown has been discovering the great yoga classes on Movement for Modern Life. Even though I’m working from home, I still have to juggle lots of ‘meetings’ and deadlines, so the flexibility to take a class when it fits in with my schedule and time available has been really helpful. I have particularly benefited from the shorter classes aimed at supporting lower back issues - which I’ve been suffering more from. It’s also good to have access to such a range of different teachers and yoga styles - and I like the anonymity of not being in a live class when I’m struggling with a particular move so can happily collapse in a heap without worrying about keeping up with everyone else!

I have been attending yoga classes on a off now for two years but felt like I made little progress when attending the all levels classes. Now with MFML, I have completed all of the beginners lessons (there are lots of them) and I feel way more confident in my ability to flow between poses in a few weeks only. It’s really great! I fully recommend using this yoga source.

Movement for Modern Life is a brilliant yoga resource! Lots of different teachers, styles and duration of classes. I’m impressed with the different courses that are put together and the support given. Give the free trial a go and you will see that it is really worth taking out a subscription.

I have done MFML every day since signing up and it’s by far the best start to my day I could wish for. The range of teachers, experience, and types of class are perfect for anyone wanting to either challenge their yoga, explore their yogic philosophy, or start from scratch and learn. There’s certainly something just right for where my body and mind are each day. Thank you!

After spending a week on a Yoga retreat I was keen to maintain my daily practice and with no local classes around my area this has been absolutely amazing, the teachers are brilliant, clear and informative and has been an invaluable part of my day, thank you x

This site was recommended to me by a fellow yoga teacher. I taught myself until last October when I suffered major trauma to my spine. Since then I have had to go back to the beginning and start again. This site has thousands of classes all levels and styles. I am working.my way through every beginners class. Starting with vinyasa and yin as these are the styles most familiar to me. Looking forward to branching out to other styles in due course. I have seen local yoga classes priced anywhere from £7-£20 per class or monthly subscription up to £100 and that is for 3 classes a week. So for less than £20 a month you can do as many classes and styles with many different teachers as you like without having to travel and at a time that suits you. I am so glad I found the site and have no hesitation in recommending to others. Finally there are a lot of vouchers and discount codes out there to reduce the price right down.

This website has the most cutting edge, up to date teachings on yoga and movement I have found in one location. I love the way the website is set up so I can create my own lists, but I also love how the different teachers create challenges and special lists for me to try.

I'm ancient, over 50, very fit but new to yoga and finding it immensely rewarding and that is thanks to these classes, beginner level for me, and the wonderful support and advice MFML provide. You as a member are made to feel important and valued. You can't really ask for more.

I've been a member for nearly five years now and can honestly say it has been a lifeline through some difficult times. I can do the yoga that suits my mind and body when I need it. The classes are regularly updated and there are tutorials if I need support with asanas. The different styles are brilliant -from qui gong to kundalini and meditation and chanting. I love trying different ways of practising but also have my favourites that I come back to when needed. All at a very reasonable monthly price too. Not to mention the cheerful prompt support when needed.
