I needed a few plumbing items, and with MrSupply one State away, was able to get them in days at trade prices without paying tax. By mistake I ordered the wrong item, and MrSupply took 2 weeks after receipt to process my refund. Please note on returns you will have to pay 15% restocking fee and the shipping both ways, so try to get your order right the first time.

Horrible customer service. I had an issue with a product I ordered through MrSupply. I talked to people there several times since January 2018 and each time they tell me to tweak certain things with the motion light (change light bulb, move sensor, etc. ). I'd call back when those things didn't work and they'd tell me they'll look into it and call back. They never call back. During my last call, they told me to email them with the problem and location of lights and they'd get back to me. I received no reply and sent two follow-up emails. Finally, over a month later, they replied with the following email letting me know that the product is past warranty.
"Dear Customer, We apologize about the delayed response, we have reviewed the issue you have presented to us and the RAB LU300W you have purchased from us was from 4/2/2015 and it is past any warranty that it has. Unfortunately we may not be able to further assist you on this matter, perhaps the Manufacturer could provide an exception for you, their contact number is 1-888-722-1000.
If you have further questions, feel free to reply to this email. Thank you.

They can sell you products but their customer service and support is horrible and should get zero stars. They will do anything to not deal with problems.

Use your local supply house that will stand behind what they sell.

I ordered a few Lutron Maestro pieces from MrSupply because they were by far the lowest price around. I got an e-mail the next day letting me know they were out of stock, more were being ordered, and asking if I'd like to cancel or continue. I'm very happy with their price, and the way they handled it. Most companies would have either ignored you and made you wait, or just outright cancelled the order without so much as a 'thanks for trying'.

Best price I could find on the web, ordered on the 5th, delivered on the 7th. Site was easy enough to navigate and find what was needed. I will use them again for future needs.

I placed my order at 1pm and opted for free ground shipping, got an e-mail at 7pm that it had shipped, and got the package the next day at noon. So, it was less than 24 hours between ordering and receiving my very well-packed order. They are in NJ and I'm in CT, but I still have never received any order that quickly before, especially for ground and not express. I ordered wallplates and they were very well protected with bubble wrap and the inflatable plastic pillows. I had ordered the products from them because they had the best price on google shopping, but their promptness and care in handling my order would definitely cause me to check with them first the next time I need these items.

I ordered 18 light switches online with them at 14:15 EST (they say the item will ship same day if you order by 15:00 EST) one day, specifying 2-day shipping. The next day I had not received a "shipped" email, so I called. The person on the phone read me the notes on the order, stating that they had to get some of the parts from a different warehouse, but they would be shipping out today with NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE OVERNIGHT SHIPPING. Holy CRAP! That's some of the absolute BEST customer service I've ever received. I will definitely continue to do business with them and recommend them to anyone who will listen.
