Very good on phone but handler stated he would keep me informed been over a week since reporting accident and still no further forward despite emailing him twice this week he has not replied to either email so I have no idea what is happening with my car. The answers given below are on the initial phone call only since then my experience has been very unsatisfactory

My claim handler Alice made the process very easy as she was so friendly and polite and not in a rush to finish the call, I’ve dealt with MSL on a few occasions and I have always had a pleasant experience when calling about something not so pleasant,

stressful times when u have an accident especially as a driving instructor. theres 101 things to do but msl were great. one quick phonecall and theres a dual control vehicle outside my house and back to work within hours

It took them 10 days to provide me replacement car. If they didn’t have they should have arranged from somewhere. Replacement vehicle should have been provided in 1 or 2 days because I could not work for 10 days.

I have been helped by MR SYED ATIF who has been very good in all aspects of my claim regards my non- fault motoring accident.
I'm a driving instructor and service is very important to me....Syeds communication skills have been excellent he has taken me through every aspect of the claim procedure and has explained throughly & transparently exactly what I needed to know...very impressed with keeping me informed and up to date with what I needed to know. A 5 star service.

Took over 2 months from the accident to the car being repaired. The hire car was not a like for like replacement and was not a car I’d have called fit for purpose. The car itself was substandard with the handbrake virtually non existent. The body shop took longer than quoted and I had to collect my car from their premises on completion otherwise I’d have had to have waited longer with a car I felt was unsafe

Too long to source a vehicle although Matthew Riley was excellent in supporting me but it must be out of his hands but doesn't help me being off the road

My claim handler Christine was very helpful especially as my accident hadn’t been that long and sometimes she asked me question I was a bit slow answering it but she told me to take my time went through everything that was going to happen

The person, Morgan introduced herself and explained the company's policies etc, politely asked me for my relevant details, as i did not have all details such as insurance company name, she assured me that she was able to get them via Watkins Davies. All in all made me feel comfortable answering the questions

I had to try several numbers including a hang up, before I got through to a case handler. Disappointing as I knew it would be a lengthy process to report the claim and I needed to get back to work. Once I made contact with my handler, I was happy with the way things were handled.
