Excellent two day course giving the fundamentals in an easy to digest format. Gavin was a great facilitator and presenter.
Definitely feel more confident and knowledgeable after attending.

Very engaging training day, Mark was very informative whilst still being very friendly and approachable which made the day. I took a lot away from the day which I am sharing with my colleagues. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for training programme.

Great 2 day course on the introduction essential management skills. Very insightful and totally relevant for what I needed to take back and use in the workplace. Course leader was terrific - very thorough and happily advise particular scenarios pertinent to you.

I learned a lot from the day - got out of it what I wanted. The different methods used (exercises/discussion/questionnaires) kept it interactive, and the trainer kept the energy up throughout the day.

Stuart Watkinson the trainer was very friendly and if we had any questions he would answer these in as much detail as possible.

He made the course fun and explained information very well.

Presenter (Stewart) was friendly, approachable and patient.
The venue was appropriate.
The catering was enjoyable
The training organiser was patient, understanding and supportive.

I felt the training was well structured and covered a lot of useful information that a first time manager can learn from. We had Scott as our trainer, he was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic and had a way of making learning fun. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this course!

I think what really made the experience so good was the instructor (Scott). He was very upbeat and knowledgeable and really made time to help every single person. I think without him and his enthusiasm, we would all have had a very different experience, especially as first time managers.

It was kept informative and practical but in broken down sections that made understanding easy.

I thought the trainer was great and the content of the course really interesting. The location (Angel) was easy to get to, and the venue was comfortable. There were clear instructions for what to do if running late etc. Overall I am impressed.
