I did this all online in minutes. I have four gadgets insured for approx £128 per year or £16.99 monthly. It was easy and simple to do and I received a confirmation email within a few minutes with the policy docs. Great service, I now have peace of mind.

I chose this insurer because their rates were the best around. I have not had any experience of making a claim and I hope I don't have to. I did have a couple of queries and their Customer Service were very helpful and promptly answered my queries.

I was trying to make a claim for last 3 weeks,didn't make it yet.
At first time I was told someone will send me over claim form,didn't get.
Second time when I rang to remind you,I was told exactly the same,I didn@ get it.
Third time I rang you and made a claim over the phone,I was asked to provide you proof of ownership & usage,what I did.
Nobody contacted me since then...

I have just had my monthly policy reviewed on its annual anniversary date .My premium has been reduced by £1.50 per month as my iPhone X has reduced in value since last year.

I have dealt with mobile phones for a multi million £ turnover business and various others in my many years of being responsible for telecommunications and I can with no reservation, say that gadget insurance is by far the best independent insurance company that I have dealt with.

The whole process and the professionalism of the agents dealt with is fantastic. No messing around, no bull or double standards, everything as it should be. I reported my phone on a Thursday and sent it off the same day, by the Monday of the following week, it was on it way back to me. It is the same handset as I have checked the IMEI and Serial Number and they match to the unit I sent away. The quality and standard of the repair is totally professional. It is of exceptional standards and I cannot fault, neither the repair, communication or speed a which the whole process has taken.

Do I recommend them? Well lets put it this way. To find a policy on the market that compares with this, cost wise, plus the level of customer service and most importantly quality and standard of the repair, well........your just not going to do it!! simple as.

As I said earlier, I have dealt with a multitude of insurers over my years of managing mobile fleets and these guys are worth every penny.
