I have been a customer of My-Cuban-Cigar for over five years. During that time they have not
disappointed me. Every order has been taken and delivered on time, except once. That exception
proved to me what a stand-up company they were. After waiting a reasonable time for delivery, and not
receiving it, I contacted them, and they immediately reshipped the order at no cost. Bottom line is they believe and trust their customers as they ask us to trust them. And yes, the cigars are always delivered sealed, and very fresh.

Have been using for two or three years now. Have placed 20+ orders and when I have had issues (1 or 2 times max in all this time) the problem was swiftly resolved by their excellent customer service. Emails and inquiries are usually replied to within 24 hours. They have a broad choice of cigars, great prices (better than in most European or Caribbean stores), and a reliable delivery system. Packaging is always very accurate, well sealed and padded. They ship worldwide, so even when I travel, I can get my order where I am. Highly recommended.

I wouldn't be much of a cigar aficionado if I didn't have some Habanos in my humidor for special occasions. To that end you can not do any better then getting your cuban cigars from MCC! Fast service at moderate prices; they simply are the best!

From the Trainman: Have been shopping with MCC for over a year now and have been very happy with the products and service their have been small problems but they always get worked out sonya at MCC is always there for the customer a pleasure doing business with MCC. Seemed like a good idea to order some 'genuine' Cuban cigars online for a friend's birthday present so I thought I'd put in a small order as a test run. To my surprise, the order came within a few weeks to Australia, and even though it was inspecetd by customs, the cigars were delivered to my front door. Even more surprising was the excellent packaging and I was impressed that the cigars were truly genuine Cubans! Smoked a few already and they are fantastic. Will definitely order many more with confidence. Many thanks!

I have been buying from My Cuban Cigars for over 3 years, and I am consistently thrilled with the service! The delivery has never taken more than 2 weeks, and the last several have arrived in less than 7 days And to sweeten the deal, they even offer a discount when you use American Express, unlike any other merchant anywhere! You can try the others, but you will be sorry. My Cuban Cigars is the real thing! Trust no other!

I have had consistently positive experiences ordering from My Cuban Cigars. A lost shipment was also handled fairly and expediently, so they earned my future business and patronage. After numerous orders I have never received anything but good quality smokes, all genuine.

Ordered from my Cuban cigar the package came in five days and in perfect condition and smoked just like the Cuban I got in a LCDH great customer service got three comformation emails .I did my research about seals and packging and all were perfect watermark was present on warranty seal under black light, stamp on back of box was seared in not stamped all the correct writings were in the seal under a magnified had warranty paper in box all cigars were uniform in color size and shape with triple caps. I even cut one open and the tabacco was folded all one big piece accordion style fold, frim to the touch no soft spots and of course the taste was spot on. I will be ordering alot more

I have been doing business with My-Cuban-Cigars for almost 8 years. I have never once been disappointed in quality or service. Their support group has always worked very hard to make certain I am completely satisfied. Their cigars are of such superior quality that I travel with my cigars when I know that there are Cubans are available locally. Their cigars are superior.

I've ordered from my-cuban-cigars.com twice now, and each time I"ve gotten a quality, authentic product in 5 days. Yes, from Zurich to the US in 5 days! Everything is packaged professionally and vacuum sealed for freshness. Most recently, completing my order required contacting customer service. Very friendly people, easy to work with and quick to respond to emails.

Basically 5-star products, fast shipping and 5-star customer service. Don't hesitate one bit to order from my-cuban-cigars.com!
